Terrible connection

Would Not Recommend

Had 2 for a while and they were fine. Decided to get third and it was a complete nightmare to setup. After connecting the new one the other two stopped responding. Had to fully reset them by going through the light on/off process several times. One finally connected but another just won’t. I’ve reset it 4 times already with no luck. Don’t get these. The Feit bulbs I have are much better and responsive.

I dont know why would some add bad reviews on this product i never seen any problem them they are just amazing for the price app works well i see no problem there is no monthly fees for it to use its free some says its not free so easy to setup step by step and also if you do not close app after use somtimes won’t work just close it and open it it will work just fine and for customer service always good they answer any questions

Works best in app. Dont direct connect with google

A pain to set up as the have repeatedly needed to be "reprogramed" or " factory reset". They work ok if there is no power loss but when it goes, they loose their mind and stop responding. Can connect directly with google home without app, but its not flawlless.

Hopefully can find the packaging doe the first bulb. I’m about to return mine. Bought one, worked ok on CNYC app but would not respons to Alexa app. Bought two more and now now will even be found by CNYC app. Did all the troubleshooting multiple times over.

Good Value for a Voice Command Smartphone Bulb

Works well. Good price for such a versatile smart bulb. It took a bit of figuring out, but was able to load up the apps and enable it to work with my Google Assistant on my phone. So am able to "Hey Google, turn the living room light 50% green."
