Difficulty connecting to WiFi
I have not been able to set these up through the app at all. Got it set up through Google Home, but it only lasted one day. So I deleted them and tried to reinstall with no luck. I'm gonna return for another brand.

Would RecommendI absolutely LOVE this bulb!! I have it in my porch light fixture and love how I can turn it on & off thru Alexa and how easy it is to change the colors. Use the Cync app to change the color. There are so many more choices vs doing it thru the Alexa app!

Way to set up and don’t need anything but the app
Would RecommendI wanted the ability to customize the lighting in a couple rooms. I did have one bulb that didn’t have the red color and had to return. But the replace worked. Very easy to set up. Would like the ability to turn off/on when not connected to Wi-Fi but other than that very pleased.

There are only two things I would change: Firstly, though the white hue is nice and bright, illuminates a room very well at 100 percent, every other shade, even the other levels of white, are much less intense by comparison, and even at 100 percent it's hard to see with some of them.
