Should be zero star review. Lights don't all work!

Looks like we were given lights from a display or a returned set. Some bulbs are missing, and lights on strand don't all work. Looks as if was wound back on the reel and is not in new condition. Buyers beware when purchasing to be picked up as we drove 80 miles round trip to have a product that shouldn't have been sold.

only worked for 1 month

I put these up last year after Thanksgiving and they started to stop working a couple of days after Jan.1st. Went to hang them this year and 3 out of 4 rolls would not work at all. one reel I had to replace 1/2 the lights before it lit up. Spent $45.00 to ship back under warranty.

Don’t waste your money

The product doesn’t work longer than a month or 2. This is the second time we’ve purchased these lights and they don’t last longer than a month. They boast a 5 year warranty and that the lights continue to work even if a bulb is blown, but when you speak with CS about them not working, they tell you you’re practically on your own when it comes to warranty, you don’t get replacement lights until you’ve sent your broken ones in and they try to fix them (so you’ll have no lights for Christmas), and...

Poor quality, worse warranty support

I purchased 5 of these strings. Within a month, 1/5 had failed (20% - poor quality) due to water intrusion in the sealed connector, causing an intermittent short. I contacted Nicolas Holiday (GE Lighting) via their website claim form. It takes 3 days for response, and they use a No Reply (your responses have to be resubmit via their website). Their 5-yr warranty only allows repair/replacement ONCE. You pay shipping.

Had them up for less that two weeks and all the lights went dim. Checked the fuses OK, Found 8 sockets were wet.Replaced the bulbs but still 6 bulbs will not light.

Don’t buy this product

Bought 6 stands of these lights and they are all out week 2 of having them up. Read he’s out to the company and they won’t refund my money or help get them fixed. Worst lights and customer service I’ve ever experienced

Used garbage

Returned the used garbage lights they gave me yesterday because they did not work correctly snd was missing pieces, and the only ones they had were the exact same, already opened with no extra bulbs or fuses. What is going on with yall?

Works for only a short period of time

Purchased 2 strands on November 3. They were hung the next weekend. One strand is already burnt out. I’ve replaced fuses and they still won’t light up. This is the second time this has happened. Absolutely not worth all the hassle of hanging them for them to last 1 month.

lights have been up for 2 weeks, bulbs already out. phillips wants to pay for shipping to send them back.

broken when bought brand new

I get these brand new, got home and plugged them in and half the lights didn't work. I'm talking 3 work. 2 don't and then on off on off. some flicker. no extra lights. no extra fuses. one of the lights was completely broken also. will be doing a refund.

Look great on our shed.

One of the lights was out on the string of lights and there is no way to replace it.

You might get 1 season out of them

These lights were wonderful last year. They were on only in the evenings for a month, maybe a month and a half. They were taken down, put away and untouched until this season and when tested they all seem to be working but now that they’ve been on for less than 2 weeks, so many lights are out! I’ve never had so many strands of expensive lights go bad so quickly! GE should do a recall or replace the defective lights!

The lights work as expected, really haven't found a bad set of LED Christmas lights.

The lead-in length is too short.

The lead-in length is too short. The first bulb is only about 8 inches from the plug. The lights do not allow for two strings being connected from the plug in different directions, only to be chained together. If the plug point is in the middle of the house, an adapter is needed which I have never needed on any previous light strings.
