Very bright. Not as warm as I wanted.

The lights are very bright, not a warm white as was advertised. Let's see how long they last. Wirecutter of the NYT gave them a very high recommendation. The delivery was prompt!

White color is very cool, not warm

I bought 2 strings of these lights last year and was very happy with them. This year we have a bigger tree and needed another string. The bulb style has changed so I needed to buy 3 new strings, which I ended up doing because I had really liked these last year. But the white is very bright and cool, not at all warm like the old style. Our lighted angel looks out of place. In store pickup disaster. Don’t use lockers

Picked up on locker. 4 of them. All not wrapped. All missing spare bulbs and fuses as indicated in description. One bulb missing so could have used those spares.

Waste of money

Bought 3 last year and one started to fail after a couple weeks. Was able to find the culprit light and fix. Now this year 0/3 strands light up. ‘Warranty’ requires original sales receipt and you to ship so worthless. Avoid

Most failed after 1 year.

I bought 12+ of these, and most are dead after 1 year. To get them replaced under warranty I have to pay to ship them, which will be expensive. I won't be buying these again.

Do Not Buy

Several sets of these overpriced lights stopped working after the first year. I don't have any with a single bulb out, the entire set is out. What a waste of money. To make a warranty claim I have to pay to ship the lights to them and then they'll process it after Christmas. Perfect.

Quality is terrible

I’ve gone through 4 strings of these in 2 years. The sockets stop working, not the bulbs. They say indoor/outdoor and I use them on my deck but they haven’t lasted a full season. The last string I purchased didn’t last a month.

we have been using these lights and the energy smart C9's to light up our house for a few years. Every year we buy a few more to add on.

Lasts One Year

If you like to buy disposable Christmas lights then head over to Lowe’s and pick these up. Constant problems. Many burned out bulbs. Three sets purchased last year currently don’t work. But hey if you want another crappy pair of Christmas lights you can spend more money and they’ll ship you a new strand with their “great warranty” Just make sure you start the process in July so you have them by Christmas.

Cheap product

Do not waste your money purchasing these we bought three strands last year and all three do not work the second year to the first strands burnt out before Christmas was even here after only being up for less than a month and they will not honor the warranty without an original receipt and it takes 6 weeks to have them process your product. All fuses bulbs and lines were checked to make sure none of that needed to be replaced and lines still do not work

Sure they offer a 5 year warranty, but the catch is you have to pay shipping back which is basically as much as the cost of a new one. How about making a quality product that does not end up in a land fill after 3 years adding more plastic waste to the planet. GE fail

no customer service

I bought 2 strings last year, put one up and stored the other. This year put the first set up again and it has about 10 different bulbs not working. The whole string is about 10 percent lit dimly. I contacted customer support on Dec. 12, got an email saying a rep would be in contact in 3 business days. I have since emailed them two more times with same response. So in a month they must not have any business days with which to contact me. My next step is to try to return to Lowes for a gift card....

Don't be fooled!

We are so upset. We bought 11 reels of these lights to replace less expensive strings that only made it a year. We did so thinking we were spending much more for a quality product. We always check our lights as we take them down and to our dismay, none of the strings were lighting completely. We had from 6 to 21 lights out on different strings and they come with two replacements and replacement bulbs very expensive. Light Bulbs

I like that if one bulb burns out the rest stay lit, and that the LED lights do not have that bluish tint.

DO NOT BUY

I started buying these 3 years ago. I'm a homer for GE just because I work there. To line my house I need about 4-5 strands. In three years I've bought prolly 15 strands of these lights. They work for a year, go dim and then completely stop working. Don't try the warranty either. I filed for a warranty last year. Didn't even get my replacement strand. Stop wasting your money on these expensive pieces of junk lights. They're the worst. Don't worry either, no refunds from Lowes. Worthless product!...
