It came with our new home. It works fine. Can I see what it is doing? Of course not, but it works so far!

Quiet and easy to install

I replaced my original 1/3 HP model which worked for 14 years until one of the blades broke because a metal object fell into it. After removing the old one and cleaning up I followed the instructions and the only problem was the weight of the unit while attaching it. I used an old cardboard box to support it and everything else went as planned. It is very quiet compared to the older model.

Space saver

Our old GE died after 7 yrs used. I got a same one to fit into the tight space without having to adjust the pipes. After watching an YouTube video about I atalation, I removed the old one and installed the new one by myself! Very easy! Btw, I m a 40 yr o female. have no experience in pluming or other related experience. i can tell you it was so easy!!

This was installed in our new home. We did have an issue with the installation but that was rectified and this works great. I do wish it was a little quieter but I can live with that.

Never Disappointed

This replaced our previous GE disposal which lasted over ten years! With the age of everything being disposable and lack of long term life of products, I was happy with the last one we had and lithe one before that and the one before that so can't imagine that I'll be disappointed in this one.

Very cheaply made

This came with a manufactured home we purchased. Very loud, vibrates the entire sink and does not properly drain.

Works well

I've only had this disposal for a few months. The couple times it's been used, it's worked well. If one thing could be done to make this product better it would be to reduce its noise level. It isn't excessively loud, however.

Disposal Works As Promised!

This was part of the GE appliance package we purchased. It has worked great. No problems.

Probably not for a long drain run...

I've used this unit about four times and spent a good 5 hours trying to clear a clog out of my kitchen drain run this week. Yes, the run is very long, but I did not overload the unit, I didn't put anything "stringy" in it, etc etc. I probably won't use it again, so I now have an expensive addition to my sink drain...

noisey and a lot of vibration

the unit is noisy and slow to pull scraps in to it. The throat is smaller than my previous unit. I really don't like it at all. Am thinking about replacing it even though it is new. Even just running water in the sink is slow to drain.
