something is terrible wrong with the way they made these lights. Worst lights i ever had didn't last a season 5 out of 6 stands useless

Absolute GARBAGE

We bought these brand new, came home, opened them up and 1 of the bulbs was already burned out (no big deal we just replaced it) We spent the day putting them up on our house (not a small house either) and a week later half the lights are out on multiple strands. I called the number on the 2 yr warranty paper and they want me to PAY them to ship them back so they can send them to a repair center. Terrible Product

These are easily the worst lights I've ever purchased. The strands cannot be synced to have a consistent color or pattern, randomly change between settings, and after one year more than half of the strands have stopped working. They are terrible all around, GE should be embarrassed to have their name associated with this product.

Look great on house.

One strand of the outside lights got wet and quit working the day after we put them up. Otherwise they look great and it’s fun that we can change the colors.

Lights not good

We drove to Lowe's in another town, bought these lights, got them home plugged them in out in garage and they worked. Today we put them around garage door, they won't come on at all. Now we will have to drive back to Lowe's to return.

Waste of money

Bought 4 boxes last year. Pull them out this year and two don't work at all, and the other two only half light up. Tried changing bulbs, and fuses. Nope they just don't work. Spent so much money on these, super disappointed.

One season, stopped working

I bought five boxes of these lights in 2023. One box didn’t work at all and I returned. The rest were good through the season. Occasionally one of the bulbs would go a different color than the rest and I was okay with that. However I pulled them out to put up this year and 3 out of 4 strands won’t work at all. I am incredibly disappointed. As a single mom with a single income, these lights over $50 each were a huge investment for me. I cannot believe they don’t work.

Garbage don't waste your money

The lights are really nice when they work, but you won't get more than a season out of them if that ive had to replace every string I've bought then replace those too along with the icicles that match them you'd think for buying their top of the line lights and spending hundreds of dollars on them that they would work more than 3 to 5 weeks

The lights worked for a season. Like others mentioned, if you changed a bulb, they didn't sync up with the rest. This year, I went to put them up, and 2 of the 4 strands didn't work. I put the two up that did for halloween, and they only worked for a couple of weeks.

Don't waste your money!

So disappointed! Purchased last year (almost a year ago and they were so pretty. Just pull them out to use for Halloween - none of the strings work! What a waste.

Save yourself the trouble and light your money on fire for Christmas. Just pulled them out and 1 out of 6 sets work after one year. $250 wasted.

Expensive One-Season Lights?

I've bought less expensive lights over the years that when one bulb went out then most of the entire line went out. So in 2023, I decided to spend a bit more money for what I thought were better lights. Well, I was wrong. $50 for these lights is crazy! They are beautiful when they work, but if you look at them cross-eyed they will stop working. On top of that, Lowe's is completely done with you after the holiday and won't help at all. These lights are useless. I bought 6 strings. 3 died in the first week. A 4th died three weeks later. I don't have space for a bunch of empty boxes, so now I'm stuck with a very expensive pile of dead lights. I wouldn't take these for free.
