Don't buy anything from GE lighting

I bought 2 sets of these November 5th. tested them in the house. Worked great, changed colors. Put them up on my roof 12 feet up, and within 3 weeks when they turn on random ones will be different colors (they are all set to only white). Unplug, wait, plug back in and other random ones are yet a different color. Rinse and repeat. Spent $100 for 2 sets of these and I will be returning with or without the box and spending my money on professional Christmas lights that will work without fail. I th...

Really cool lights. Failing right out of the box

Light’s functions are awesome. I have 16 or 18 strands on my tree. A lot of $$. Most bulbs do what they are supposed to but I started with many that were solid red. Then none, now many more. It really destroys the effects to have them do that. Customer support said replace the bulbs that are malfunctioning. Since it is a somewhat intermittent problem I found that solution questionable. I did replace one and it did fix it and about six others directly adjacent to it. So what does that mean? IDK....

Worst Xmas lights for your house

Worst product I have bought. I actually had to replace 4 sets of lights in the first 2 weeks. They would not sync and two strands stopped working after the 3rd week. Waste of $300

Too much and not consistent

They do too much, like there is a color pattern for almost every holiday, and when you put it on chase, twinkle, or multi the colors are never the same and you get up to 5 of the same color in a row. They would make a decent accent pair, but using them For anything other than an accent or like a solid color. It’s just not there. Also of the 56 light patters about half appear the same so there is that too.

Do not buy this product

After one short rain storm, 18 lights went out and never worked again. 2 days later an entire strand no longer worked. Lights were brand new this year and had only been up for 1 week. We had purchased three strands at $59.97 per strand. Wasted our money! Such a disappointment!

One season use

Fantastic control IDEA - but constantly fails to deliver.

Lights suck. Warranty/customer service is worse.

We spent $400 total on these lights. Didn’t even make it through the first Christmas. Warrantied 5/7 lights in 2022, which didn’t come in until after Christmas. In 2023, we go to put up the brand new lights we received and 4/5 brand new lights don’t work either. Called again to start another warranty claim and they won’t exchange them or help us in any way. Already not working

Bought less than a month ago and half the stand already not working. Switched fuses and still nothing

Blown bulbs.

I put 4 sets around the perimeter of my 2 story home and front porch railing on Saturday 12/2/23 and today there are various bulbs out on 3 of the 4 sets. When I purchased them I said to my wife GE on there quality, well I was wrong. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT.

I should have trusted my gut on this one and not bothered with purchasing these. Brand new for only 7 days and already I have multiple bulbs that are out and many other lights are malfunctioning. Hard to believe these lights are made by GE…Lowe’s needs to stop selling them. Very frustrated to think that I need to pull these all down, return them and purchase other lights

NO NO AND NO!!

Purchased 5 boxes of these 3 of them didnt work initially, returned and got 3 new boxes which all worked. my husband installed them. THESE LIGHTS DO NOT SYNC WITH ONE ANOTHER. at all. The only settimg you can get them to sync in is the solid red color.. They DO NOT do 53 diffrent things not even 5.
