Works perfectly if you have an electronic ballast
Would RecommendThis tube works great if you have an electronic ballast, which it turns out I did. One way to check is to point your cell phone camera at your existing fluorescent lamp. If you see different colored lines going across the screen then your ballast is magnetic and this particular tube will not work for you. If you don't see lines then you've got an electronic ballast and this tube will be a drop in replacement.
Worked as expected
Would RecommendA fluorescent under-cabinet bulb went out over the weekend. Decided to look for an LED replacement. This was the only one available in the area, but it worked right out of the box. The select-able color temperature was a bonus. This LED is slightly brighter than the fluorescent bulb it replaced, and I'm not mad about that.
Does not work with existing ballast/fixture.
Would Not RecommendThis will not work in an RV light fixture. I purchased 5 bulbs for around $72. Go to the RV and would not work for anything. These apparently do not work with all ballasts. Really sucks because I already trashed all my fluorescents that still worked. So. Own I have zero light. I will have to return these and keep looking for new bulbs. Sometimes, you don’t get what you paid for. :(
