Works Like a Charm!
Would RecommendI have replaced my GE Profile Refrigerator MSWF filter several times. This past month the drinking water feature on front of refrigerator stopped working. I Googled this issue and one of the issues they mentioned is that your water filter may need to be replaced. Since my existing filter was about a year old, I ordered a new one and viola! once I installed the new MSWF filter the drinking water function began to work again.

Would Not RecommendWe have tried 3 GE Smartwater MSWF filters in our refrigerator which has always used these filters an none have passed water through to the spigot on the front of the refrigerator- looking at the top of the filter they seems to have some minor changes in the size and type of the holes suggesting product modifications may be the issue.

Would Not RecommendIt fit (unlike the NEWER generics). It did NOT fill with water before insertion; it erupted with air for a day after installation. About 4 times the cost of the OLD generics that did fit.
