Vibration noise is really bad.

I bought this 4 months ago and the vibration noise is really bad. The dryer itself is very nice and drys your items nice. It has several drying cycles to chose from. The machine works well if you can deal with the noise it is well worth the purchase.

Great Compact Vented Dryer!

It is way more spacious than I anticipated - dries perfectly - we did the side vent (so needed to knock out one of the holes on the side which the instructions included were detailed and helped a lot when rerouting the vent inside (from the back, was not difficult. Also very happy we went with Vented as opposed to "ventless" as everyone we speak to says the ventless adds humidity to the room and does not dry well. Great dryer

I bought this same dryer for a my condo in Washington DC and bought again for my condo in Boise, Idaho. I have not had any issues, dries well and is quiet. It’s the perfect size for those not wanting full size dryers.

dryer sensor

Sometimes the machine stops and the clothes are still damp. It appears the sensor is not accurate in determining whether laundry is actually dry. Usually have to put back in dryer for additional time.

Can't dry sheets

Quite possibly the worst dryer I've ever used. Attempting to dry queen sheets is an exercise in madness. I've tried all their suggestions (shaking sheets out, adding towels, small loads, etc.) and nothing works - the sheets ball up almost immediately without exception. GE is garbage. Avoid this and all other GE appliances (don't get me started on refrigerator filters).

Terrible.

Initially I loved this dryer - I also got the matching washer. We have a small laundry room and this was perfect for what we needed! We purchased this in March - it is now June and our dryer has been broken for over a month. I put in a service request with GE because it's still under warranty and it's still not repaired. STAY AWAY!!

Bought this product and it broke a year later. It was decent at first. TWO WEEKS after the warranty expired the dryer stopped working. They won't honor the warranty and now I'm out the hundreds I spent. Save yourself the trouble and move on. You've been warned

Great Features!

I have and my dryer for over two years now. I am very happy with the cycle selections. I also like the fact that there is a light inside when the dryer is on and dryer door is open!

I have had the dryer since Jan 2018 It was bought to replace 3 whirlpool ventless dryers the first bought oct 2017 had NO serial number, 2nd one quit working after 3 weeks and 3rs one had issues dont get me wrong ventless dryers are wonderful but since I need a smaller one not much to choose from and with the issues I decided to go back to a vented dryer. Which has worked out great (3.5) but I cannot dry lg comforters thats the only problem

Lots of Options in a Smaller Footprint

I replaced an older dryer with this compact model. So far been very happy. This one has way more features and does a great job drying. Most other compact dryers are condensation (not vented) dryers so was looking for one that externally vented. This one fit the bill and was easy to set up. Not recommended

It takes 1 hour and 20 minutes to dry 3/4 of a regular wash load. At first I thought the dryer duct vent is clogged up. I had handyman come and cleaned it out, but it didn't help. I checked to see If the vent duct in the back of the dryer is kinked. It was not. If I put sheets in, it balls up within minutes and I would have to stand by and un-knot it. Good choice for a small space

Bought this dryer two months ago and have been happy with it overall. It runs pretty quietly, handles loads the size of its companion washer without any problem, has an easy-to-clean lint filter, and dries quite well when you get the settings right. The auto-dry settings often shut off before the clothes are actually dry unless I choose the Extra Dry setting, so I run everything on Extra Dry and that works.
