this is a nice basic washer. cleans good even heavy work soil. it also has a good amount of options and saves water and electricity.

Super Nice Duo

I finally got my new washer and dryer! I truly enjoy it. I have one question, my clothes seem to come out of the washer rather hot. Is this normal? Even using the cold water option, my clothes are hot. Why?

great features

I just bought this unit and at first glance I thought I was in the NASA zone. I was very intimidated with all the settings until I read one of the best written user manuals I have ever seen. This unit is very easy to use and is so quiet a bab y could sleep next to it.

This has all the features we need, and more. It is quiet and does an excellent job. Very effective at rebalancing loads when needed.

Great Washer

Bought this washer to replace my older front loader. I love this washer as it has so many features and is super quiet.

Poor instructions

Had the washer for a week now and we have yet to figure out what the little wall is in the soap dispenser. It isn't documented very well - other people have the same question. It seems to shake a lot too... my old one didn't shake this much. So far so good. Oh, nothing in the manual that I saw about leaving the door open to dry it out... The manual is a million pages thick but not useful so far.

Great Features and Great Clean!

Many good and useful features. Great clean, very little water use.

Good but not great!

Too bad there is no light inside of the washer - it is very large and difficult to see the rear if all the clothes are removed. Although this washer is quieter than the 15 year old front loader it replaced, it is still pretty loud during the spin cycle.

Easy to use

I love my washer! It's so easy to use, my eight year old does his own laundry. It also runs quiet. We have it on the second floor & you don't hear a sound when it's operating.

Nice Washer

We have been using this washer for several months and are very happy. The gentle cycle for delicate garments actually cleans them an is gentle. I also like to option to use cold or just tap cold water for the wash. We are in Texas and tap cold water is never really cold.
