First Induction Range

The induction cooking surface on this range is a dream to use and clean. We had to replace a couple of our aluminum pans but it's well worth it. The oven features convection as well as conventional mode, and air-frying. Everything comes out perfectly cooked. This model has steam cleaning but no high temperature cleaning mode, but it's surface is easy to clean manually. Overall it's a great product for us.

Easy to use

I approached induction cooking with some trepidation. I have found it to be wonderful! I have made soups, delicate sauces, boiled eggs, grilled hamburgers, and sauted chicken. I particularly like the precision cooking eye. Air frying is replacing broiling in my repertoire. Pork chops, salmon, chicken tenders come out moist and tender. Used the proofing mode today for enriched rolls. It was wonderful.

Induction Range with Features

The induction range works really well and the oven holds temperature really well. The smart features are good. Don't know if I will use the camera much, but its something I will continue to try to use.

Boil water and it adjusts the controls for you :(

Purchased a few years ago and mostly happy with this. Love the induction cooktop, super easy to keep clean. Love the convection bake, it really does make a difference. The part we just HATE is that the control are capacitive touch. Normally I'd be all for this as it look nice and modern, but in this case, when you boil potatoes, the water splashes sometimes, and that turns off the burner, so 5 minutes later you realize your potatoes are just not even cooking. Problem with range

Purchase the product two months ago and now having issues with the burners not responding. Placed a service order and will see the response.

Misleading burner size specs

The burners effective heading element sizes are 1" smaller than advertised, causing our pans not to heat evenly at all, like we expected then to and they did on previous electric oven burners of same size. Very disappointed and wish we could return the range

Very nice!

The stove is really efficient and more responsive than the gas stove it replaced. I would have given 5 stars were it not for there being no instructions about how to find or use the self clean function mentioned in the instructions. This seems to have been an issue for many other purchasers as well judging by the online comments I have seen. The temperature sensor button in the front left burner, although really useful, does spoil the sleek range top appearance and make cleanup more involved.

Everything is great

The only thing that kept me from 5 star is there was no book, no air fry pan, no probe, etc. why advertise these features and not include the necessary items

Very hard to keep clean

Contrary to what I was told this very expensive oven does not have self clean. the steam clean does close to nothing. I was told that to keep the oven interior clean you have to manually clean it with non abrasive cleaners. So I am back to the 1950's scrubbing my stove by hand. The fingerprint resistant stainless steel is nice but the control board is a black glass that shows every fingerprint, streak and droplet. The oven top looks messy all the time.

Induction

I just started cooking with it so far it seems to be good I tried the air fryer the other day didn’t really crisp up to chicken cutlets maybe I’m not using it right or temperature wasn’t set correctly I’m gonna continue to work with it

No Self Clean Mode

This product comes only with Steam Clean Mode. Steam Clean is not suitable to really clean the oven. In the Quick Guide that came with the range the Self Clean Mode is still mentioned but there is no way to activate it. Self Clean Mode is a feature that any serious cook needs especially since abrasive cleaner or sprays should not be used. In the Hestan Cue app the precision cook mode identifies the wrong cook top burner.

Love the in oven camera!

Loving our new GE Range induction cooking is awesome I love that the cook top doesn't get hot as it did with our electric range. The app is amazing you can scan the barcode on frozen food and it will set the oven temp for you! The in oven camera is amazing and let's me get a good view of what I'm cooking so I don't need to open the oven to check. Great purchase I'm sure we will be happy for many years to come!
