Terrible for two reasons

Terrible for two reasons. First, the range top is bordered both front and back by ridges that do not allow you to move the pans freely. Second, you cannot use a smaller pan on the large induction hob. I have the all clad an S1 set and the smaller 8 inch cannot be used on the large hob. It relegates me to very specific pans instead of giving me the freedom to use multiple pans

New install gives an error and extendable too big

I was really excited to get this top of the line induction range and converted away from gas. The installation was flawless except: * The installers tried to put in the extendable rack in any of the slots, but it didn't fit, and it scratched the finish on every slot they tried. Now I have scratches on all the slots of a brand-new oven and the extendable rack doesn't fit so that is trash. Not happy. * After plugging in the range, I get that the oven power is mis-wired and in Demo mode. I pulle...

Great induction range

It looks great! I have not tried it out yet because my electric service is not hooked up yet.

Sleek look and design

I love the features such as the camera in the oven! I use it all the time when baking to check progress.

Great features if I could use them

Unable to connect to internet called for assistance, they could not help. Said they would be back in touch within three days. I really liked the air fry option but I cannot use.

Overpriced and Overrated

Nice controls, but that's about it. Inconsistent heat delivery, narrow heating range, i.e. the areas indicated on the stovetop for the burners are much larger than the actual heating elements. Magnets are not uniform and create hot spots in the pans. This is not my first induction range and I have not had this experience with the others. Regret spending this much money on a very mediocre product. I should have spent a little more and got a Miele or Wolfe.

Surprisingly User Friendly

We like everything about this range. It's easy to use, easy to clean, and it's very responsive. It heats large quantities of liquid even faster than I expected.

Much faster stove top cooking than gas. Much faster preheat and more even baking in the oven.

Some unnecessary bells and whistles

This is my second GE profile range and I like the induction feature particularly. I do find that there are several add-ons to this particular model that I find unnecessary. One thing I’m not crazy about is the need to connect to Wi-Fi. Another thing is the button in the center of the left front burner – – it ruins the aesthetic of the smooth top and makes it much more difficult to keep the top pristine. Nice, but good luck with internet connection

The oven and cooktop provides basic services but to access advanced features like precision cooking and air fry you need to connect it to the internet. After following the directions I could not get it to work. I called GE technical support. After 30 minutes following their directions the support person said it may be the device I was using (cell phone) I tried a different device (tablet) and another 30 minutes to find out that didn't work either. If I knew how to use it I would give it more stars

This rather expensive stove seems to have some wonderful features - sous vide, precision cooking and more. Unfortunately the material that comes with it is sketchy at best. I think they could provide a user friendly user guide in print that I could keep in the kitchen, like an old fashioned cookbook. Surprisingly this most expensive range I have ever purchased does not come with a broiler pan! I can purchase one separately from GE! If I had known I would have kept my old one. I do love...

Stovetop burner didn't heat

Nice design. Unfortunately one burner did not work. Currently replacing this one in hopes we can have one with all stovetop burners functional.

The longer I use it the more I like it

We've been pleased with the performance of the cooktop and oven. The oven bakes very well and the air fryer feature is the best we've used. The cooktop responds quickly to changes in temperature. We really like the precision cooking features and that we can use the synch burners feature to griddle on the cooktop. The software performs well and is updated. Great oven, but buzzes

It is a great oven, but the cooktop burners buzz when you turn them on. I guess that is the magnets in the induction cooktop and it can't be helped.

Still learning

As I am still learning all the features I did not give it a 5 star. I like what I have used so far with the exception of putting a smaller pot on a larger heat surface. It doesn't work. Unfortunately the smaller pot burners are on the back. Would have been nice to have to option for a smaller burner up front.
