Pretty ok at warming up food

Good product with its own quirks

Product has been good so far but not sure why it has the deault child lock system requiring me to press another button to take my stuff out. What if I am in hurry if things arw overboiling! I am still trying to find out the workaround.

Child safety lock has poor design & breaks easily

Had to get a replacement for the first one that broke in 2 days. The child safety lock was not unlockable after using it twice. It was replaced by the same model, but its door button is sticking too. It looks like this one might fail soon too. I'm tempted to return it within the 30 day window and buy a different brand.

Unlock button sucks

The unlock button is cheap cheap & does not work. Love the microwave otherwise. Please send a replacement button. Have talked to a Boswell repair guy & understood but could not send a new little black button.

Great Features

My husband and I really like our new GE microwave. I like the automatic time buttons and the little reminder ding if you don't take the product out right away. So many times I would get busy and forget I put coffee or etc in for warming up. Very helpful. Just a real nice addition to our kitchen. Thanks.

Very reliable product with very good service

We purchased this same micro wave almost 10yrs ago from Lowe's and have been very satisfied with the product and the excellent service we have received from Lowe's.

Poor Condition

When I opened the package, I noticed that the microwave had dents and scratches, indicating that it had been used or a returned product. Additionally, it was missing the protective plastic covering. Considering these issues, I will be returning the microwave for a full refund and will not purchase another one. I will be shopping elsewhere, as they offered me a 10% discount on a $200+ item, which is quite ridiculous!

Terrific customer service

I was very happy I decided to go into Lowe's to select my microwave. The salesperson was knowledgeable and friendly. She walked me through different models and allowed me to make an informed decision. She also suggested that I pull my car up to the door and so a Lowe's staff member could load the large box into my car. Terrific customer service.

Great Microwave, But..

This is my 3rd one, why? Because overall it is a great microwave, but the open door mechanism has stopped working 2x, one after 5+ yrs, the last one was under 1 yr and the co.'s 1 yr warranty honored the warranty , and replaced #3 for free.. Overall it's a great and powerful microwave with large capacity.

Large capacity. Good value.

This has been a good solid microwave that has served our family of six for years. We liked it so much that when a power surge ruined the old one, we purchased the same model to replace the original.

Owned previous model. Lasted a very long time.
