What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise this microwave for exceptional reliability and long-term durability, with many reporting units lasting 12 to 20 years and repurchasing the same model repeatedly. Reviewers consistently commend powerful heating, quick performance, and intuitive controls including convenient features like the 30-second button and child lock. The spacious interior, large turntable, and easy-to-remove tray enhance daily usability. Most appreciate how well it integrates into existing kitchen layouts as a replacement. A few report minor issues with the door button being awkward to push, dim control panel LEDs, or turntable noise, though these concerns are significantly outweighed by strong satisfaction with core performance and reliability.

second microwave in 5 months. first one stopped working after 5 months of use. luckily GE offers a 1 year warranty mail-in rebate which is why we purchased this second microwave within the 1 yr time frame (still waiting to receive the check in mail from GE). it is easy to use although i prefer not to have to press the cancel button every time to open the door which causes the button to feel wrinkled beneath the liner. it would be preferred if you did not have to press cancel to open the door to ...

Great micy

I bought this unit two weeks ago - appreciate some Of the auto settings (e g potato) and up to 6 minutes. Has a child lock you can disable. Good size for counter or kitchen shelf (which is where mine sits). One of good sizes without taking up too much room or overstretching the shelf. Very very happy with it
