The capacity is good, The digital panel is not back lit, so it is difficult to find the start button and the timer buttons in the dark. So far, it hasn’t blown up so fingers crossed it continues to do well.

Replaced an existing microwave to fit in a certain space. I like the size.

Broken out of the box, Door Latch

Door latch will not release, even if goes through the unlock / lock cycle. Wasted my time to pick up, install, then it doesn't work. Another terrible GE product. No one seems to be able to do their job any more.

It is very good product easy to operate ,so far we don’t have problem I highly recommend this product

The microwave’s door mechanism stopped working while it was still within the 12-month warranty period. Unfortunately, I reported the issue late and was therefore unable to receive a replacement or refund. I was offered a $100 goodwill certificate, which requires me to purchase a new microwave, mail the certificate back to GE along with the purchase receipt, and then wait to receive a $100 reimbursement check. Overall, this has resulted in a loss of both time and money in replacing the defective ...

Vender issues are real

I had to order this instead of buying it at the store as it is a very big microwave that is not kept in stock at the store. The one I had that just died lasted 23 years, so I wanted the closest thing to the one I had before. I ordered it but when it came in it had damage to both sides of the back, had a big scratch on the door, and was missing 2 screws in front under the door area. This was a vender issue, not the store. I returned it and am now waiting for the refund so I can try again.

Awesome Microwave

I just got the microwave, but so far I LOVE it. It is HUGE in size, you can put an extra large plate inside or a couple of small plates inside. It definitely stands up to the other reviews that I read about it. However, I do wish that it had more instructions on how to use it because I am sure that it does more than what I have been able to figure out so far. Plus, I have not yet been able to figure out how to make it let me know when the cycle is complete. That would really be helpful! S...
