Would RecommendI’ve bought at least a half dozen of these microwaves over the years for my business. It’s a good microwave for a high used break room, but I’ve had them crap out after a few years, and the white lining has a tendency to flake and break off.

Love the Beeper option to turn OFF
Love that you can silence the beep when you are using the keypad, and also it silences the end of cycle beep so it does not continue to beep until you open the door up. Fit perfect in where I needed it.

Would RecommendI hate to give a three star review but my microwave was delivered to the wrong address. I called to ensure that it would be to my Greensboro address and was told by your AI that it would. Instead it arrived on time to my Fayetteville address where my wife will have to have assistance getting it inside. This is going to be a problem, however your service was on time and I at least want to let you know. I now have to figure out how to get it to me in Greensboro.

Not 1200 watts!
My old GE (circa 2009) je1640 1100 watts heated a cup of water to boiling in one minute. After 1 minute on this new machine water was only 137 degrees . Had to run for another minute to get it to boil. Really disappointed. Will have to redo all my microwave recipe timing!

Would RecommendI like the key pad - press 1 gets you 1 minute of cook time, on up to 5 or 6 minutes. The add 30 seconds is good. The white interior is very bright, a nice feature. The operation is fairly quiet. The only thing I would prefer is a door handle rather than having to push a pad to get the door to open.
