So superior to all other cooktop types

And it's surprising how much cooking starts with boiling water! Steaming veggies, kettle for coffee, cooking noodles, etc. Also, since the cooktop doesn't get hot itself it means it stays clean because nothing burns on it. Great cook top

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our original cook top stopped heating so we replaced it with a Frigidaire cook top. This one is so much better! Heats quickly and evenly. I like the safety features, such as the double touch on/off feature. The cook top also looks rich.

We made sure we had some induction cooktop compatible pots and pans prior to ordering. There is a little bit of a learning curve switching from a conventional electric cooktop but boy does it heat up a whole lot quicker. A big pot of water starts boiling in about 3 minutes! Great Way to Cook

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We absolutely love our new Frigidaire induction cooktop. It looks and cooks MUCH better than the gas cooktop that it replaced. We dithered over whether or not to make the conversion for a number of years before finally deciding to go ahead after reading reports about noxious gas emissions from gas cooktops. Net, our new cooktop looks better, cooks better AND is healthier for us. What's not to love about that?

New to Induction, LOVING it!

Couldn't be more pleased!!

I can't believe how quickly it brings liquids to a boil, cooks new dishes and reheats leftovers. It is a breeze to keep clean since the pan heats up and not the burner itself. I could go on and on but suffice to say I made the best decision by purchasing this wonderful cooktop!!

Love this cooktop

I am amazed at how fast induction gets hot and the evenness of the cooking. I am so glad I made the switch from regular electric to induction. The installation was super easy and took about 10 minutes. I can highly recommend this cooktop.

WOW! Better than gas

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After fixing the electric lighters on our gas cooktop multiple times & installing Solar I thought it was time to change to induction. Getting used to this was a snap! The controls are easy to use and it’s much safer since it’s difficult to get burned. I even like the timer. Yes there is a very soft buzz at high settings but you need to listen closely to hear it. So easy to clean! Oh and no more clicking.

Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this cook top! It does not beep when you pick up a pan like others. Slide you finger to change the temp is convenient. Very quiet when using it. Clean it as spills happen & it’s easy to maintain. I’d buy it again!

We really like it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had it 4 days so far and it’s great. Boils water in less than 30 seconds. So easy to clean. Haven’t used the bridge or timer yet but I’m sure they will be fine. Getting used to electric after gas is easier than I thought. Oh yes if I listen hard there is a little buzz but not annoying at all.

Loving my new cooktop

Wow just wow

Better than standard electric

So far it works well. It takes a little while to figure out how to use it… you can only turn it on if the pot is induction… it took me 20 mins to figure that out, none of the burners were turning on, until I placed the right pot on a burner. Far superior to a regular electric cooktop, you can really control the heat similar to gas. Less likely to burn stuff…

We've had it for a few months and it works well, looks good. Some pots make funny vibration noises when the P(ower) setting is on; this has no impact on function, though.
