Broken handles are difficult to service

And now the fill valve seal went bad which is why I bought this. The filling part of this is no different than the normal plastic stuff, very disappointing, but the flush thingie, its great. However there are 2 major flaws that make this unacceptable. The first flaw is people which leads to the second flaw, the handle. People will break your handle. Broke handle

Bought this unit roughly 2 years ago. Install was ok and it worked well enough. But, last week, surprisingly the handle broke in the actuator module and as mentioned in other reviews I couldn’t even manually evacuate the water tank to even flush the basin. Can’t find any support or parts and wound up just giving up on the unit and went back to old flapper design. Sad, as it was nice to have a dual option but the design seems too dodgy to risk your time and effort on.

Issues with running tank after insyall

After getting this installed in my toilet I've been having issues with the toilet not wanting to fill and having to wiggle the flush lever. The running is like the flapper isn't completely seating. This is a HUGE problem since it's new install and now my toilet is running like before.

Make sure your tank has the right size

This product is a great idea for saving water if it is working. I bought one installed it, with no problems, 2 days later my second toilet started leaking too. I bought a second set, the water tank on the second toilet is smalller, I had to rise up the water level to get the full flash. Also the second one did not closed at the light flash, 2 times, water was running the hole night. I’m not sure if that’s the handle or something else in the mechanics. So far it is working now

Works for most toilets.

This works reasonably well for most toilets. What is crucial is before you install any part of this, make sure that the **new** handle can travel to the full up position and is not impeded in its travel by the toilet tank lid. If that is the case, you will not be able to use the half flush feature. Other than that, it is a good product.

After spouse installed new two flush Conversion Kit, got to the end and had me come help him set the flush capacities. We had a nice porcelain & chrome tank handle that matched the other bathroom faucets & accessories. Fluidmaster includes a cheap, plastic handle that you MUST use with this conversion kit, due to the shape of internal nuts. The sealing adhesive on the part you attach is not

The part that is an addon to level the flusher hole would not seal no matter what I did. I ended up throwing it away and got a regular flusher. Otherwise they required that I buy another add on part

interference with top of tank

If the lid of the commode extends very much the handle will hit the top and not allow the low volume flush to operate. The remedy is to turn the handle 90 degrees so that you must move to the left for low volume flush and to the right for high volume flush. It works, but is not what I would have wanted.

doesn't work as expected!

installed as directed and found the the handle will not work in 1/2 flush because lid. in max flush is short of enough water to flush ar full flush. Disappointed!
