Not for imperfect lawns!

It is clear to see that this is a quality built piece of equipment. It is, however, not at all designed for a lower quality lawn such as mine. This mower absolutely will not cut any weeds (e.g. dandelions) over 4" in height (which happens nearly over night in my yard). If I already had my lawn under control and entirely weed free, I'm sure this would be a nice choice. It pushes easily enough and what grass I could cut, it cut cleanly. I had to return this model and thankfully the generous return...

LOVE it!!

Well designed, attractive, well made, works beautifully, easy to push. Fiskars is a great brand you can rely on. Obviously, no loud noise, no gas. Peaceful way to be outdoors, hear the birds, and get exercise. Simple to clean, soft brush is good. No expensive lawn mower. Not for a large lawn I imagine. LOVE it!!

Great mower

This is a great mower. So much easier to push than my last manual mower. It has multiple height settings too. That's great! Even mows over my uneven, bumpy yard. The handle is a bit awkward. It swings forward when I want it to stay put and propel the mower in the right direction. There's probably I reason for that design. I'd recommend it in spite of that.

Not 60%

This is a good mower. I set the first cut high and the second cut half the height. Hope that the sharpness holes up. Good unit

Fisher 18” mower

Love it so easy! Can mow my yard in 5 minutes and give my clippings to my neighbors rabbits.

Fiskars Manual Mower

Typical Fiskars product. They tout the fact that it's 60% easier to push, and I'm a believer. Perfect exercise for seniors who need to beautify overgrown lawns and bodies. Include that essential sound from the best of the '60s.

Looked promising; adjustment instructions failed

This looks to be a great product, but unfortunately mine started making tick-tick-ticking sounds after the 2nd use. The rotating cylinder appeared to be misaligned on one side and was hitting the fixed blade. I followed the instructions to adjust it on the Fiskars website, but one of the two set screws had seized so am unable to repair the alignment. Unit is no longer operable for me.

My son absolutely LOVES this mower!!

I got tired of having to buy a new mower every 3-5 years even after doing the maintenance, putting the additive in the tank etc then they do not work the next season. My son used this mower the very next day after we received it. He absolutely 100% loves this mower way above any gas mower we have had. I have bought the necessary items to keep the blades clean, the bearing clean and lubricated etc...This mower has a great width to cut, fantastic that it has the ability to raise the blades to cut...

For suburban grass only

I bought this mower hoping to use it on some scraggly wild grasses on my property with the understanding that it wouldn't work on very tall grass. It had a spotty performance on the grass length it should be cutting (6" or less). As much as I love Fiskars brand, this well-made mower is only suited for a regular lawn type grass.

Fiskars Reel Lawn Mower is awesome!

After looking at many push mowers, i selected Fiskars 18-inch reel mower. It was fairly easy to assemble and is very sturdy. It mowes my grass cleanly and easily. Per the mower guidance, it will not cut grass well if its over 6 inches tall. Overall, i love this mower. It is clean, simple, economical and works well on my lawn!

Old fashioned exercise

Does a great job cutting El Toro Zoysia. Bonus is that I get a workout pushing and cutting along the way. The lawn/turf was a big investment for us and this cutter keeps it looking great.

Great product but will make you want to do other i

If you're looking at this you know what's up already. Great product that gets very close. You will want to mow multiple times a week and you will want to hit up other projects because of using it, such as leveling out your lawn. Make sure you read the directions as there might be a step or two regarding adjusting the blades that are important but easy to miss.

Bent blade after 10 days

I like this lawnmower but unfortunately the blade bent after ten days. The blade now scrapes on the lower metal piece every time it spins around. I am having difficulty finding someone to help me with this issue.

Cuts great

I have a small yard with TIFF Bermuda and this bad boy cut it perfect! Very easy to put together and just as easy to push and cut!

Great mower

I purchased this mower to use with my gas mower. I believe my lawn will improve by using the reel mower. Another plus, I get exercise and do not have to endure the noise of a gas engine. The mower works well. I am 65.

Great reel mower

Before buying this I had flashbacks of pushing an old reel mower around as a kid that must have had butter knives attached (it didn't cut much). Either these things have come a long way since then, or I just needed to sharpen the one we had back then. Easy Peasy Fiscars reel mower

Easy to assemble out of the box. Easy to push and gives a great cut. So quiet and peaceful to mow the lawn, easy to turn. A little heavy to lift but has a convenient handle. We jettisoned most of our lawn for a patio and this easy to store reel mower is perfect.
