We purchased these to replace detectors in our home after learning you need to replace them after 10years. They were easy to install and test. We have not had any issues with them.

Very happy with everything and install

I bought three of these to replace older ones. I'm very happy with everything and the install. I hardwired all three to the existing wiring with no problems. What I like about these is that if one goes off, all of them alarm. Even when I pushed one test button all three sounded. Also I like the green LED light that verifies they're connected to the 120-volt wiring. They also include a 9-volt battery for backup.

Replaced a smoke detector that was over 10 years old and was giving me a long beep every couple minutes. Installation was easy and so far it is working well.

BRK Hardwired 120-Volt Photo Smoke Detectors

These were replacements for the now out of date BRK units. Installation was smooth; a "plug and play" operation; unplug and take the old ones down; plug the new ones in, installing them in the exciting mounts and all was as it should be! Couldn't have gone better!
