Purchased during last years houston hurricane season, hooked up to home lpg and runs all electric appliances and equip, including 2 HVAC units. Delivered big time during our recent Arctic ice storm disaster w/out a hiccup!

Ran my house 2880sq ft. - central units during Hurricane Laura and delta. If ran all lights 2 freezers ins fridge freezer combo 2 stand up portable window units and one 24,000.00 btu window unit, I would turn off my units and turn on hot water heater for an hour and the family could have hot showers. Item was delivered to the store with damaged packaging. After unboxing at home I noticed minor dents and scratches on the unit from shipping. Great decision, I like everything about it!

I was going back and forth on the power I needed and the brand. I considered a 5500 watt, but went with the 7500 watt. So glad I did. As far as the brand, I've only used it for 6 hours, but I love it. It's seems to be well built and powerful. It is a bit heavy, but it's a big unit. It's not too loud and starts very easily. Nice Generator

I bought this unit as emergency backup power for outages here in the northeast and the price was right for a Dual Fuel generator. I had been looking at either this unit or a Westinghouse but this one was in stock at my local lowes and the westinghouse unit was 2-3 weeks out. Easy to operate and easy to follow directions. Has option of gasoline or propane. Large gas tank. Easy to relocate.

Propane is the way to go!

Running this using propane is perfect. No need to deal with gasoline going bad or gumming up the carb. Very powerful, plenty to run the basic needs of the home including the boiler / furnace, well pump, refrigerator, freezer, erc...

Hurricanes!!

After being without electricity for two days after Hurricane Zeta I decided to purchase this. Best decision ever!! We had lights, tv, internet, cold fridge and deep freezer. I was told if I knew how to hook this up it would run the whole house. Living in the South we have plenty of hurricanes so I’m sure this will be used in years to come!

Not reliable

Bought this generator because my old powerhorse 4000 from northern tool finally gave out. Everything I plug in trips the Gucci after 10 minutes. I’ve tried higher amperage cords and nothing seems to work. I’ll be returning this back to Lowe’s tomorrow and getting my 950 back on this piece of crap

great emergency power

We were without power for 4 days. Wired 50amp plug into main panel with 6/3 wire and ran hot water heater , lights, one cook top burner and fridge. I only ran off the propane hookup. 1 tank only lasted 7hrs at a fairly high load. Its pretty loud, but definitely got the job done

Great Company

This product is perfect! They include everything you need to get this generator up and running!! Just follow directions and hit the start button and it started up on 1/2 a crank! Purrs like a kitten! Very well made!! Liked it so much I bought another three weeks later for my Aunt!!! Thank You Lowe’s for carrying this great product!!!

Hurricane Sally Lifesaver

Purchased this Amazing 7552 powerhouse after being without power for 3 days in the aftermath of Hurricane Sally in Fairhope, Alabama. This generator has been a lifesaver!!! We are able to power multiple freezers, a fridge, portable ac unit, several fans, lights, 85" tv and direct tv boxes!! This product has almost made us forget we were recovering from such a terrible storm in the evenings when it's time to relax providing power to a few creature comforts of a home!! Happy with my generator!

I love how easy it is to start and how long it lasts !The generator powers air condition window unit in one room and also power the referigator too... it would be worse miserable without it... I would recommend this ...

Very satisfied with Firman 9400

I recently purchased the dual fuel 9400 because Hurricane Laura left us without power for 8 days. I had it wired straight into the outside breaker box of our 32x60 house with a 4 ton central air unit and a 18kw rheem tankless water heater. You can only run one 220 item at a time but it done it. Also powering our refrigerator and deep freezer as well as the tv and lights, as also used the stove to cook. I was keeping the house at 68° in 98+ heat.
