Glad I bought it and the price is right.

I only have ran it for the 5 hr. break in period and changed the oil afterwards. Did not have any electrical loads except to check outlets. Ran well, started easily but a little louder than I thought it would be.

There is a surprise with this purchase

It looks like a good deal but the hook up requirements came as a surprise to me. You are going to have a wire created to connect the generator to you house and it is likely to be different from the one that you are currently using if your old generator has any age on it.

This generator required very little assembly which was easy. I did have a bit of hard time starting it for the first time on propane, but it started very easy every time after that.

I would recommend this product.

Easy to set up and use. Fairly quite considering its size. I like having that ability to use dual fuel. Don't have to worry about old gas if using propane.

Had problems with 1st generator but great customer service replaced immediately. Only criticism was time to troubleshoot, wait for parts, then determine more serious issue; wait for replacement; prepare to send defective unit back was quite a job; Customer service was outstanding; replacement generator works great; has multiple receptacles for various amp and easy to use. Love dual fuel option.

Everything seems ok with the exception of the plugs 50amp. 30amp. Are a pain to get not happy with this Firman should have included the extension cord for 50 and 30amps

Pleased with product

Have not had the need to use much yet. Bought as a backup power source. As the area where I live power outages quite common. Did assemble,and test all functions. Trouble free. Called customer service for a routine question. And was amazed to actually get a live person. Who could answer a question wow.

Starts right up

Bought this generator for backup at home and for RV. Little over kill for the camper, but nice that it has a 50 amp plug in it so I can plug the camper and run AC and electric water heater with no problem. This will also be handy at home as you can reduce down to a splitter to run home appliances. Have only run it to make sure it works. Started right up. Also, like that it can run of gasoline or propane. Wish I could say more, but really have not used it. This is why a gave it 4 stars.

Use on ranch during power outages. Not easy to start on propane, stop for a little while not easy to restart. Glad it has electric start, should be real handy, like the wheels, 220v for well pump was absolutely necessary.

fires right up, I plug into transfer switch, love the electric start, no more pulling muscles trying to crank start

Great generator

Living in Ca. power has been off many times. We updated our electrical panel and had pig tail installed. Now when Our power goes out we are ready. Thanks Firman
