Overall a Great Generator

Overall Great Generator. Ran 41 hours between propone and fuel with no issue. Very easy to switch between fuels. Finger switch start quick and easy. My cons are minor. I wish it was a tad quieter. Note: You will have to pump the fuel out if the tank, there is not an excessible valve to drain it for storage. Simple cheap buy on ama**n. The wheels would be better as tube tires, but the tires are strurdy and roll well.

First try and it started right up…

+ Easy assembly + Easy to move around (super heavy unit) + Cranked up on the first try but we’ve only run it once ? Time will tell if this was worth the hefty price

The dual fuel (gas & propane) feature is wonderful. Output capacity could run the house — with hot water & AC requiring the purchase of a hefty adapter cable — which is more than I had been looking for, After Hurricane Milton hit Tampa, there was a run on all stores and all generator sizes. Lowe’s Zephyrhills store got pallets of these $999.99 generators in two days after the hurricane and people bought them, and often with two 5-gal gas cans like I did, simply due to Duke Energy’s restoration ...

Worth the Price

Easy to setup and get started. It's heavy duty and able to give enough power to sufficiently run a small house for several days of no electricity!

I’m not a satisfied customer!

That fact that it was not delivered in time and when I went to Lowe’s in person they did not drop the shipping fee!!! I was very disappointed in the matter in which it was handled! They should have refunded the shipping fee regardless due to the fact that it was delivered weeks later! I purchased it at Lowe’s and it was their responsibility to see to it that I received great satisfaction from them which is what you do to keep your customers satisfied! I should not have to pay for shipping!!!

Great generator just when we needed it

After tropical storm Helene our power went out. We needed a new generator because our old one was not producing electricity. We purchased this generator specifically because it can use two sources of fuel. We chose to use propane and it worked beautifully. It is important to read the instructions or you can think it is defective when it is really just not following directions. We are very pleased with this new generator and highly recommend it.

Ran 12 hrs a day for 19 days while we were without power! Kept us from going insane! Only complaint is noise level but considering everything we went through it’s an insignificant complaint.
