Seems to be a great product

I have not had it long, but it seems to be a great item. It is extremely durable and heavy. Which I was not expecting.

Quiet and tough

This is an excellent shredder. It's quiet and can shred nearly 20 pieces of paper at a time. I highly recommend this item!

Excellent Purchase

This is a replacement for my previous Fellowes shredder. This new one is very good and does an excellent job of shredding into tiny pieces. Good quiet operation and fast and a good price. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good shredder to use in their home for personal use or home office business.

Not As Good as Old Model SB-99Ci

I purchased this PowerShred 99Ci to replace a SB-99Ci which I have been using for the last 8 1/2 years (since January 1999). The older machine was superb. This updated version of the 99Ci is not nearly as capable as the old version. The shredder motor is not nearly as powerful as the old model. Paper is much more difficult to feed because the feed slot is much narrower than the older model. Likewise, it will not accept the advertised 18 sheets of paper. And the pullout bin keeps popping out when...

Great Product

This shredder is quiet as a mouse but strong as an elephant.

Powershred 99Ci

Shredder was delivered to our home within 2 days as promised. We shred a lot but have only started using it today 6/3/17. I had previously used this same unit at a previous company before I retired and wanted this unit for personal shredding in my office.

Highly Recommend

This is the second Fellows shredder that I've purchased. The first one served me well, so I replaced it with a larger one. Very quiet machine and works like a champ!

Love, love, love!

I use the shredder for personal use at home, and am very pleased with the capacity that it can shred and the running time. Those were the 2 main features that I was looking for when purchasing a shredder this time. It is also very easy to operate and is on wheels for ease of movement. Maintaining it is easy as well. I am very pleased with this purchase!

This is my second Fellowes shredder. I am very pleased with this one, especially the fact that it has rollers and has a large 9-gallon bin. It was easy to assemble and to start using. The only problem I have is getting the bin positioned correctly in the shredder. I shred and it opens back up. I'm beginning to get the hang of the angle it needs to be at to make it stay in.

Fellowes Powershred 99Ci

Overall we like the shredder, however, go easy on the button switch. Use the on and off switch first, and then press the button switch. We are hoping that it will last longer that way.

We have just purchased our first Fellowes Shredder and we couldn't be more delighted! Besides great performance it is surprisingly quiet. This is a Great Little Office Shredder.

Powershred 99Ci shredder

We are very pleased with shredders style & performance. Although we haven't had it very long, It is quieter than our previous shredder, shreds quickly, no jams, works well for our office.

This shredder was purchased as a replacement office shredder. The performance has been great. Customer service is great, and I would highly recommend this product to a friend or colleague.

Perfect for Small Office

This shredder was purchased to replace our previous office shredder because it completely went out on us. So far this one by far surpasses our old shredder (of a different brand): We love the quietness of the machine (our old one continuously ran until you turned it off). Durability, easy mobility, jam-free quality, and its user-friendliness are the qualities we love most about this machine.

Greater shredder ever

It works great it shreds paper and flat cardboard But it over heats alittle takes time to cool down

You get what you pay for.

It is best to pay more for a quality shredder. I had access to this model at my former place of business and when we needed one, I chose to get the same model because it performed great over a 2 year period of time.
