Fabulous, quiet, fan

I already have three of these fans installed in my home and just bought two more.

Great fan for a large room we gave 2 of them

Love this fan

Difficult,lengthy purch transaction, & big error.

Product now seems well, but the purchase transaction required many store personnel and an excessive amount of time to buy it. Also the installation required two visits to our house by installer, but he was the mist excellent aspect of all!

Poor Power

Very disappointed in the power this has. Even on high you cannot feel the air circulation unless you are directly under it.

Sensor is horrible

Sensor and remote are horrible. Works part of the time and you need to be no more than 12 inches from the sensor for it to work. Got a replacement sensor and remote and had the same issues.

Time to take off.

Hi-tech and beautiful

We're slowly changing all our household hardware from brass to brushed aluminum. We saw this fan on display and we were very impressed right away. It is so big we had 2 electricians install it for us even though I'm a facilities contractor and know how to wire and install fans. It makes a statement in the room and is a beautiful addition.

Moter burned out 15 months after instalation

We bought and installed this fan in October of 2022. From the day of installation, the remote control worked shoddy at best. If you held your head just right and the stars aligned, you could change the settings, but don't count on it. We essentially left it in fan mode with the light off and used a light switch to turn the fan on and off. Then, in January of 2024 (so 15 months after installation), even that has stopped working. This fan is absolutely beautiful!

I had a similar Harbor Breeze fan that stopped working and couldn't be repaired so I searched and found this fan that is almost identical but much, much better! I love it! We did have our electrician install it but he had no problems installing. I love the light features and the fan is awesome whether on low or high. I would definitely recommend this fan!

Worst Fan ever!

This is my first Non-Hunter fan and I will not make that mistake again. I know the guy at customer service owning this fan! 1st Remote did not work, got a replacement, Year 2 needed a new remote again. Now my batteries in the remotes are always going dead and called my friend in customer service and he sends me a new received after 2 years of owning this fan. I spent more than the fan costs to install it and I got a lemon. Back to Hunter. This stinks.

It’s very good looking fan but it’s pain in the butt to put it up. It look simple but it’s not. Very nice over all.👍
