Installation is pretty easy if your handy at all. Faucet didn't install into the existing "soap dispenser" hole, but with the right washer from the hardware store, problem solved. Totally fixed the taste of our well water. No bad taste left at all. I called customer service to ask a couple of questions about the system before buying it and customer service was excellent! This was actually pretty easy to install and the filter seems to work great. I drink it daily (It tastes great) and use it for a saltwater tank. Note that it probably requires moderate skills to install. You biggest problem will be drilling a whole in your sink for the faucet!! Just take it slow and start with a small bit and work your way up from there!! I have used it for over a month now without incident.

Excellent Product for the Money
My drinking water had around 300 ppm of contaminants/dissolved solids prior to installation. After installation it was reduced to .007 ppm.

I lovethis product. My water never tasted so good! The only issue is the spout moves around a lot. I have tightened it multiple times but for some reason it keeps backing off. That is the only issue and I can't say enough how convenient it is not to have to refill bottles all the time.

I upgraded the system to include the Alkline mineral filter through the same company my water has never tasted this good before. Infact I bottle it and take it to work. I love my RO. I also suffer from arthritis and just the short time I have had it those symptoms have subsided.
