I’ve been a customer for a couple of years now and i’m very satisfied with the products and the customer service. I had my furnace quit while away on vacation and had the filter bodies break when they froze. The leak stopper worked as it was supposed to and kept the water from running out when the water thawed. Thank you. I love this product. I ordered and hired a plumber to put it in. Awesome. It came with an extra set of filters. No more bottled water needed! I tested your product and water tests at 0.0 contaminants when made cold ( put in refrig over night) and 4.0 when room temperature. Before your system, my kitchen water tested at 56.7. Efficient well built System
I had another RO system and replaced it with the express system, the express system uses less bypass water and holds better system pressure than the other system I had. This systems use of check valves seems to help allot. It is priced Fairly and does not use Proprietary cartridge filters, and that means it has a lower long term operating cost also.

Easy installation system. Good quality
This system arrived in 2 days. It contained the extra Brushed Nickel Faucet I paid extra for. It was already inserted in the box of parts. The parts also include everything you need. No going back to the hardware store for anything. Quality was very good. Most filter parts were already pre-assembled. I installed this system in about 3 hours taking my time. Worked great right away. Thank you for the easy install.

No Leaks
Easy to install, no drilling if you use the sink hole for a standard sprayer. You will need to plug the sprayer water line hole using a cap, mine was 1/4" pipe thread. Instructions could not have been written better, very easy to follow. You will need to supply your own screws to attach unit to a wall. The filter cases have flat bottoms, so the wall screws only need to keep the unit from falling over. You can taste the difference between store or machine filtered water versus your new RO syste...
