I recently installed this unit and found it to be very easy to install and it seems to be working just as it should. The instructions say no need to go to the hardware store, but I did, I needed to go from 3/8 compression fittings to 1/4 inch compression, but I still give 5 Stars. The price saved them.

High Quality System
The system was pretty easy to install. It appears to be of high quality materials. Instructions are clear and there are numbers to call if there are any questions. Nice water spigot. I love the taste of the water, very fresh. This is a very good deal to come with all the extra filters.

Great n Complete System!!
Very thrilled to have bought this system. Came very complete and easy to install with good directions and all of the parts and hardware needed. I owned another brand in the past and this one by far exceeds that. I have been very happy with clean and fresh unlimited water instead of 5 gallon jugs. I would buy another and another for years to come, but I think this system is a superb value to say the least. Spigot is top notch as is the entire set up. Plus the extra filters!! Received the item sealed in a box. Kind of heavy. It's nice that the filter system is already pre assembled. It also look nice with clear canisters. Just connect the tank and then to the cold water line. The instructions are clear / straightforward and the included tubes are in different colors as presented in the instructions. Even though the filters are pre connected give each tube a good push to make sure they are properly seated. Also, check that the canisters holding the filters are closed ...

Hi all, I've tried, 1 filter 2 filter and 3 filter configurations of all types with no success. I then purchased a well know single filter 100 dollar filter with again no success, that is until now. Thank you for putting together a fantastic system that works better than I could have wished for. The instructions were east to follow and concise. The hardware was spot on. The extra filters are a great value and you can be sure I will be buying replacement cartridges from you. Keep up the good work...

turn-key system, nothing else to buy to install
Great system, so simple a child could install it, or at least help with install. The two hardest things are: Can you install two screws with a level and can you drill a 1/4" hole in your sink drain pipe If yes, the rest is clearly labeled and color coded. Simple, simple. Great price and fast shipping.

I would like to start by saying that the system is very easy to install. The color coded lines make for a mistake free installation. The water coming from the new system is great tasting and the total dissolved solids went from 354 PPM to 14 PPM. We are very pleased with the system.

Nice system
I replaced an old 3 stage R O system with this 5 stage. The kit included everything I needed and more. The included faucet is very nice also replaced old system in about 30 minutes. Been using it now for about a month water tastes great.

Works like it should
4 star due to total dissolved solids not being great.. but it does work.. Water tastes good. Super easy to install, well packages and all the extras were very nice.. Great way to get started on filtered water
