I purchased this because I had cobwebs at the top of my townhouse stairs and needed a way to get them down. The duster does have a threaded handle, but it would not fit either of the extension poles that I already had. The handle is very slender, and the threads are very deep in the handle. My guess is that it only fits Ettore extensions. Like another reviewer, I had to cut the handle so that it would fit on my poles. Cutting the handle was not a big deal since I know I'll never use the duster ...

Would RecommendLOWES, UPDATE YOUR INVENTORY! I looked online and found them at 3 Lowes in 2 counties - all 3 stores indicated items available. None were in stock at any of the stores. Finally I bought them online. To make them thread to my extension poles, I used a PVC cutter to trim the plastic material down to the threads. They then screwed on my poles and work just fine. I have 2 now so my wife can help.
