Falsely advertised and shipping not refunded

The item description shows a completely round brush. This is false advertisement as the actual brush provided has the sides shaved off and is an arch shape. Lowe’s didn’t allow online return so I had to drive 30 minutes to return it to a physical store. The employee couldn’t get the return to go back on my credit card so i received in store credit which did not include shipping cost and can’t be used online. So I’m out 7.99 plus tax for shipping the gas to drive 30 minutes to Lowe’s and back all...
