What Customers Are Saying
The product receives mixed reviews. Many customers find the logs easy to light, long-burning, and producing a clean burn. However, some customers report the logs are difficult to light, burn unevenly, produce excessive ash, and do not generate sufficient heat. A few also note an unpleasant odor when burning the logs. Overall, the product may be a suitable budget-friendly option for some, but may not meet the needs of all customers.

Would Not RecommendTHe orice was cheaper, but it didnt burn right with every log and didnt seem to last as long.
Not as Good as the Other Brand
Would Not RecommendI've bought the other brand before and never had any issues, thought I'd try the lower priced one. I had to use two of them to get a good fire going, normally i only need to use one before adding wood. Think I'll go back to the other brand.

Firewood
Would RecommendI purchase this firewood every year, its very good for the environment and does not leave a smell in your house like wood. It's getting pretty expensive to buy but I would recommend

Too much trouble
Would Not RecommendIt shouldnt be this hard to light a log and it doesn’t stay lit and I followed the directions Waste of money
The first log we tried to burn would not light at all. The paper burned off the log right away and the flame died! I followed the instructions printed on the log!
It burns! It's cardboard!
Would RecommendIt burns really well, clean, hot, and for a long time. The material is just minimally processed compressed cardboard soaked in a waxy flammable substance. As it's burning, I can actually read some of the labels on the cardboard that was recycled in there. Just like burning cardboard: it creates a lot of ash compared to wood. The ash makes decent fertilizer for the lawn.

Enviro-Log
Would RecommendThey are the best logs. They light great and stay lit for 3 hours. They much better than the 5 lb. Dura- Flame logs.

Burning logs
Would Not RecommendI like this product because it has very little smell. However the log only lasts for about 21/2 hrs. And not much heat from the wood. The worst part of this log is the amount of ash residue. Last year I burned a different log and emptied my bucket 2 times all year. I have already taken 3 buckets full out and winter is just starting.

Horrible Logs
Would Not RecommendBought a case for our fire pit. Couldn't keep the log lit at all. Had to keep getting up to relight it on the sides. Once I added some dead leaves it finally caught but it wasn't much of a flame. After about thirty minutes of a small flame I was able to knock the "log" apart which gave us a few more minutes of a decent flame. Don't recommend these at all.
Doesn’t light
Would Not RecommendShould be ZERO stars! Absolute waste of $. Logs are very difficult to light. Get Duraflame logs as they are far superior!
Years used
Would RecommendI have been using these for years. They burn a couple of hours, no significant smoke or smell. Great for starting a wood fire or keeping a stubborn fire going.

Flames
Would Not RecommendI used one log in the box and am stuck with the rest. If you are using kindling and an actual log with it, then maybe the results would be different, but there were very low flames. My grandchildren were trying to grill hotdogs and marshmallows in my new firepit. After lighting the log, I struggled to get flames high enough to cook them. THEN the log smoldered for 26 hours afterward. That was ridiculous, not to mention potentially dangerous had I left my home for any period of time. Of course...

Fast and easy way to start my fire.
Would RecommendI love these logs. Easy to get a good fire burning in my woodburner stove and warm my house. Environmentally friendly without harmful chemicals.

Terrible
Would Not RecommendI wanted to try these because they advertise that they burn cleaner. First log I tried: Burned off the wrapper, then one end smoldered, then it seemingly went out. Woke up the next morning and found it billowing smoke! Not safe, and not functional.
