Sleek, Powerful, Beautiful

I've had the cheap boxy white appliances all my life so when I wanted to upgrade, I review shopped and waited for a good sale. No matter where I looked to buy, Electrolux was the one with the best reviews. So that's what we bought! They are incredibly fast, but quieter than I thought possible. Settings for everything you may need. And the clothes come out super clean and soft and wrinkle free.

Pleasantly Surprised

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t know Electrolux even made washers! I was replacing an old GE front loader. I didn’t want a Korean brand, as my excellent repair man doesn’t/can’t service them. In addition, in spite of their high ratings, I had heard horror stories about leaking/flooding, and poor service response with not great quality.

Bought my second Electrolux washing machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a stackable Electrolux washer and dryer 16 years ago and they always worked great until my washing machine crapped out a few weeks ago. Obviously I purchased another Electrolux washer considering how long and well the old one worked and I like this one even better! It's even quieter than the old one and has a lot of new features the old one lacked.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaced our 15 year old washer that had a non-replaceable circuit board. Sofarwe are very happy with the way it cleans, however I still wish I could set separate wash and rinse temperatures. (Apparently manufacturers don’t think this is wanted. It would be no big deal to program that option.) I Like the stain treat cycle that successfully removed dried blood stains on both clothes and sheets.

I’m in love with this washer!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my old top loader with no agitator with the Electrolux. It’s been night and day as to cleaner laundry. I’m using half of the amounts of soap and water. My king thick comforter has no problem fitting and comes out clean and smelling clean. Most importantly of all my children can use this machine as they can reach everything as opposed to the top loader which was impossible for them. Easy to use and set up. Highly recommend!

Suggested modifications to cycle display

The ON/OFF button is VERY difficult to press. It needs to be raised. I can NOT make the MAX spin speed my Default when using the Normal wash cycle, which is what I use 99.9% of the time. This needs to be changed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve always used top load washing machines, so this Electrolux front load set was my first front loader machines. We had some issues with a busted machine delivered at first but once we got that replaced everything was great. Love how easy they are to use and how quiet they are. My mom has front loaders from another brand and they are so loud. These are way quieter than hers. The wash and dry cycles seem normal to me. Another comparison. Normal...

Better than expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time owner of a front load and the Electrolux brand. I will say I was nervous about purchasing a new set of washer and dryer. Boy was I happy once they arrived, the washer is amazing! So simple and easy to use. I swear it’s cleaning my clothes better than our last washer. No regrets on this purchase!

I would highly recommend against buying this washer and any washer/dryer from Electrolux. We bought new 3 years ago and both our washer and dryer are now broken. The repairs cost more than just buying new, which we are doing with a different brand. 3 years for a washer and dryer is unacceptable.

Great machine

The first set we had lasted for ~10 years. We liked the reliability of this brand. The clothes come out great and the washer is quiet. My husband likes to use the quick wash

Junk

Worked for 4 loads. Pump went out. Filing a warranty claim with this company is nothing short of a disaster. Been having to use laundry mat for a month (so far). Issue still not resolved. Called Electrolux and the repair company no less than 100 times with still no fix date.

Great product!
