[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unit works great, quiet and unit seems to run better than our older unit. A couple of minor details: 1. The end of cycle chime is not very loud, and there is not a way to change that volume. 2. I wish that there was an option to just spin a load after running, in case it's a heavier load that needs to spin again. The only option is to spin with another rinse.

I also do not want any mold or mildew to start forming so I have to leave the door open to dry out after every load. Otherwise I'm happy with this purchase.

Would Not RecommendVery disappointed in this purchase. We’ve had this washing machine for less than 2 years and there is constantly water pooling in the gasket and laundry detergent drawer. I will periodically wipe down the gasket and always leave the door open when not in use but recently noticed a very musty smell. Uneasiness about effectiveness holding true

Only used it twice, but how does it clean clothes when it doesn’t use hardly any water? Concerned about machine odors. Why would I need to leave the door open so it can dry out to keep odors down? They improved the mole feature around the gasket, the detergent load is easy to access and dry, the perfect steam makes my clothes feel much softer.
