Good Product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like my new washer. I see that it is a good product; however, I wish it was more user friendly. I haven’t yet discovered why sometimes the liquid softener is used with the load and sometimes it’s now. It also quits when it’s unbalanced rather than giving an error message that it’s waiting to be balanced before continuing. I restart with no issues, but it’s still frustrating.

Good no nonsense machine

The 500 series is full of useful features and is intuitive to use. So far the build quality seems excellent. I am hopeful that this washer will last as long as the last one I had for over 20 years.

Not worth it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Shakes like crazy after 1.5 years of having it. Also the gasket and the dispenser tray get moldy very quickly despite leaving the door open.

Excellent washing machine

The allergen and delayed start options are also very unique. The height is awesome, no more bending down.

Top quality washer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works much better than previous top loader with agitator that came with our home. Clothes rinse exceptionally well with Pure Rinse. I washed white sheets with several blood spots on them due to a bleeding stubbed toe, and they came out perfect. I do think the redundancy in settings makes it a little more complicated than it could be, and the settings do need to be right to for maximum effectiveness.

The end of cycle chime is not very loud, and there is not a way to change that volume. 2. I wish that there was an option to just spin a load after running, in case it's a heavier load that needs to spin again. The only option is to spin with another rinse.
