We are so happy with our selection of the Electrolux washer and dryer. They are living up to thier reputation. I didn't think I would use all of the different settings or the steam option, but I find I adjust for each load based on what is in it. And the fact that it does not vibrate upstairs even on max spin is great!

I purchased this washer about 2 months ago, and have been very pleased with my decision. The salesman was very influential with my purchase (I was not sure I wanted a front load washer due to others reviews of smell, etc.) However, I was explained that the drum in this washer is tilted which helps with the drainage of excess water after the cycle is over, and also the rubber ring is scented to help with any smell. Great Washer and Dryer Combo

Have had these about two months now, very pleased. I don't know how I lived without these before !

I needed a new washer because my second Maytag Neptune died. Chose the Electrolux because of it's depth measurement (to fit into my laundry room). So far I love it, but my only thing you should fix is the door. It remains fully open, or totally closed when not in use, not just ajar. So, I really dry everything, door, gasket and tub, let it dry, and then close the door. So far, no odors! I really like the steam function, towels get clean and no odors remain!!!

Great washer

Compare to other washers this one is way better, designed well, works as promised, except the water stringency, which is due, in my opinion, by manufacturers being rewarded by not using too much water, which is problem cause in order to wash clothes you need two things, water and detergent, but this washer adds more water to the rinse cycle and lets me add water without any problems to the wash cycle, except I have to be there.

Love It!

Love all the features. The capacity is much larger than the unit this one replaced which cuts down on the number of loads we have to do during the week.

Great washer & dryer

We love our new set. The hand wash feature has been great for washing expensive jeans & the deep clean/sanitize feature has been fantastic for taking the mildew smell out of wash rags.

Best washer in this price category

After very bad experiences with HE top loaders, I switched to this front loader Electrolux. It is the best decision I ever made. While I can feel vibrations from neighbors' machines in my apartment complex, my Electrolux is so quiet I initially checked several times to make sure it was running. Very high end machine does a fantastic job. . I have 1 issue with it it keeps on stopping randomly  in the middle of a load and there's a message error E13 .. u have to power cycle it to start again. .. Other then that very satisfied

I absolutely love this washing machine. I enjoy the versatility of the pre-set programs, but I especially love feeling that I am in charge and can customize any program to exactly what I need. I am free to add an extra rinse or a prewash if I think it is needed. Really like the washer.  it is a little loud on the spin cycle but not too bad. Love the features.  The quality appears seems very good.  I haven't had it a month yet so I will have a better idea of the quality after I've had it for a while.  I expect it to last...

We bought this machine to replace our 7yr old top loader.  The bearings were shot in the old machine.  Our laundry room is on the second floor of our house.  During the spin cycle in the final months of the old machine's life, our entire house would shake!!  We are happy with the Electrolux model.  It is very quiet.  I am diligent about drying off the rubber door seal and soap dispenser area when I am done with my wash.  I also run the cleaning cycle every month as instructed in the manual.  I l...

This is the second Electrolux front loading washer and dryer set that we have purchased.  The washer does an excellent job getting clothes clean and we never had any issues with either the washer or dryer.  When we moved the buyer of our old house wanted to buy the washer and dryer too- we reluctantly agreed but went out and bought the same thing only newer models.  Electrolux continues to improve the functionality and we are happy customers.
