Great looking machine! Not so great performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are on our second one of these washers because the first one had to be repaired so many times. The new one, which we have had for less than two months, is doing some of the same things as the old one. Extremely noisy, doesn't add any water for some loads, or doesn't spin at all for others. Do not buy this machine. We can't wait to get rid of ours.

Absolutely love them!

My husband bought this for our family of 5. I love them! I really appreciate the 18 minute washing cycle and use it quite often for our clothes. Really like the size because I can get a big load done, or just wash my delicates too. I'm a working mom of three so I think the refresh option is a bonus, in case I have to leave a load drying. When we come back home I just refresh the load and it's done!

Terrible reliability

We purchased this machine in May of 2014 and it has broken down on us twice. 4 months ago the machine needed the bearing and drum replaced. Now, just 4 months later it looks like we have the same issue again!

Love how quickly it washed each load.

Bought this washer about a month ago after mine broke beyond repair. So far, I like it a lot. Works quickly and gets even my husbands concrete construction clothes clean. Is quiet enough to leave the laundry room door open.

A pro washer for your home

Love the large capacity and elegant features. Washing clothes is easy and most washes use less water and time. Dispenser tray could have been better (feels cheap). Only disappointing thing is that during humid days, the washer does have a slight moldy smell despite stainless steel interior.

Love the steam feature

The steam feature really takes out oily smells, leaving an incredibly clean feel and brightness.

Exectrolux Is The Best

My Electrolux purchased in 2010 was in perfect condition when my home suffered a lightening strike. I waited about one second before purchasing my new Electrolux which is a 2016 model with the same features as my 2010 had.

Loving it

Purchased it at the end of May 2016. Having been loving it. Modern design and super easy to use.

product had issues at the time of the first wash.

Product had issues the first wash, had to have a repair person comr out to our home 3 times in order for the washer to be fixed, upon waiting several days for the parts to come in.

Simple to use

Love this product, it makes laundry more fun. Can't wait for the next load, lol.

Great appliance

We bought this washer and dryer set for months ago, replacing a 20 year old set. There is a small learning curve but we are so glad we made this purchase. They are so quiet we even know they are running and everything comes out clean, dry and wonderful. This is a really nice set.

I have never had a washer that is as quiet as this

The machine remembers my input from previous loads and repeats the next load as before. Super easy.

I brought this about 6 weeks ago. I feel the variety if cycles will keep wear and tear down on clothing. Whites come out bright.

Electrolux Appliances - Front Load Washer with IQ-

I bought this and I'm generally happy in how it performs and cleans. I wish it would do a better job in purging the water in the detergent, fabric softener and liquid bleach compartments... when you go to do the next load many times those compartments are full of water or a diluted mix of water and whichever solution was there.

Excellent quality machines

These are by far the best washer and dryer that I have ever used. There are cycles for every type of fabric and level of cleaning required. Everything comes out clean even when filled with a very large load. The dryer senses when things are dry and adjusts the time so I don't have to keep on checking and adding time.

Overall great

For the price and warranty I got with the washer and dryer, I was shocked on how great it is. I believe they a built very well and won't have any trouble with them.
