Service Life Short

My wife and I have liked everything about this washer except the short 5 year life span. We expected 10-12 years, which is an average that was offered by an Electrolux employee in an online interview. One of the electronic boards failed, and the cost of repair would have been half the cost of a new machine. Since we have a matching stacked dryer, we chose to replace the washer with the same model. We will keep our fingers crossed for better luck this time.

Does EVERY THING!

There is a cycle for every purpose, but the absolute best is the "sanitize" cycle. It cleans the "Idon'tknowwhat" out of my sixteen year-old's smelly clothes. I don't have to throw away his clothes because of the stink anymore. This and the minimal amount of water it uses is saving me TONS of money. I lovelovelove my new washer.

Our first front load

We bought the washer/dryer pair and have been very pleased with their performance. The cleaning action is way different than a top loader with agitator , but it looks like it is friendlier to your clothes. There are plenty of selections for cycles so you should be able to find the proper one for your load. Also enjoy being able to wash comforters without going to the laundromat. We haven't had it long enough to attest to its longevity since it has tons of electronics.

Crashed at two months

I bought this the middle of February and it quit 2 months later. First they replaced the motor and then the control panel. I was without a washer for 3 weeks, - not a happy camper.

Nice features and set.

I bought a month ago and have really enjoyed this washer and dryer. I did have anot issue with a code on the dyer at at first but they took care of it right away. They are pretty quiet too. Having the option to reverse the door is also something we liked, even though it did fit without having to switch it.

Washing Wonder

Had this machine for about 2 months and have put it thru it's paces. This washer if fast and very quiet and the bonus is that my clothes are cleaner than with my old machine. I really appreciate the different options available in the many wash cycles, especially the added rinse. Overall a great machine.

I bought this to install in very modern bathroom. The washer works wonderfully and is a nice addition to the design of the bathroom.

LOve it....when it's not broken.

We have had ours for 2 years, bought W & D. Have had service out 3 times. Got home yesterday from 4 day trip out of town and a ton of laundry to do and here we go again. Luckily bought extended warranty from our local dealer. Starts to run and making noise like bad rotors on a car. Was worried from the start about too many "bells and whistles"......and my hunch was correct. Thank goodness I took out an extended warranty or I'd be livid.
