Not 3-speeds, it's 3-levels
Would RecommendI love how this switch works both manually and automatically. Either way, the fan only stays on for 20 minutes. Now I run it after my shower, instead, to clear out the steam afterwards. However, it doesn't have 3 speeds. It has 3 humidity settings.

Would Not RecommendFirst time installers may have issues. Smart switches like Kasa/TPlink have videos to teach the install. This switch does not. If you've ever done a switch before though, it's not different. Install is just like any other smart switch. If you have installed one of those before, you can just as easily install this. Make sure you look at the programming instructions. You can program the humidity level into three different ranges. High is 80% humidity. Medium is 65% humidity. And a low is 45% humidity. Couldn't use with a fan in my bathroom
I like the fan and humidity control, however, I do not have a fan in my bathroom at this time and couldn't really use this device. Installing a fan to use this has presented a challenge due to the design of the house, but when I finally get that figured out, am anxious to try this and seemingly it will be great.
Doesn’t work with our fan
Would Not RecommendI was really excited about this. My kids seem to take showers that last for hours, and when they come out, the humidity is atrocious. No matter what we did, it would not work with our fan. I expect it is an issue with the fan (it’s old). So, we are now in search of a replacement. If my suspicion is confirmed, I will come back and add starts accordingly.

Would RecommendThe only issue I had was identifying which of the two black wires in the electrical box were the load and the hot. Once that was sorted out everything else was simply. Programming the unit to activate under high, medium, or low humidity was easy too. We set the switch for low humidity for testing. We are impressed this until works exactly as advertised.
I wish I had this in bathrooms in the past
Would RecommendAwesome idea - turns the fan on automatically when it senses high humidity and turns it off when the steam is gone. Or you can override it for a 20 minute run and it will turn itself off. You can also set the humidity levels between 3 different ones (80, 60, 40%). I couldn't figure out what the switch was programmed at so I just set it at 60%. Would be nice if it had a separate light switch built into it, and if you don't have white switches or decor it doesn't come with any other plates, but no...
Auto functions have too long of periods
Would Not RecommendThe sensor does work and will turn on automatically when the humidity reaches the threshold you set. It is adjustable. I set mine to turn on at 60%. Thankfully, there is also manual switch capability. We use the switch 90% of the time, which leaves the auto functions disabled. The problem is, when it turns on automatically, it runs for 20 minutes before auto shutting off. That's a long time before checking to see if it needs to turn off. Just what I needed
Would RecommendI have been running downstairs to turn off the ventilation fan in the basement bathroom. Or sometimes I just totally forget about it and left it on the whole night. It’s been an issue for a very long time, until I found out that such device actually existed. It turns the fan on and off automatically based on humidity level. It’s been working well so far.
