Didn’t work

I wanted to use it in conjunction with one of the oil filled radiator type room heater set on the low setting to keep the chill of the motorhome setting in the back yard. I have wireless thermometer in the house with the sending sensor in the coach. The other morning we had a frost, the thermometer showed 31 degrees in the RV, it’s supposed to activate at 34 and off at 49. Didn’t work.

Bought 2 and never saw either one work!!

I have gotten 2 of these and have yet toget them to work. I took the first one back thinking I got a dud but I can't get the second one to work either. Put it in the deep freezer and still couldn't get it to come on. These things are useless as far as I am concerned. I would pay double the price for a simple temperature set thermostat before I trusted one of these.

Heat wrap controller

Nice easy plug in controller for water pipes and faucets. It would be better as a wired in unit as opposed to a plug in. This design is no good for outside exposure. So you have to provide a link between the outlet and the heat wrap. Also, the on level at above 40 degrees F. is a little high. For true energy savings, a more narrow on and off range would be preferable.

Great Idea

This is a genius invention. Have my heater in the garage plugged into it and when it gets too cold, it comes on and keeps my water in the garage from freezing.

Since the temperature hasn't gotten low enough for this to activate I haven't been able to test and see if it works(the first one that I bought worked for a winter, last two that I bought didn't work at all).

This Electrical Thermostat for Well works great turning the heat lamp on at 35 degrees and off at 55 degrees. Don’t waste electricity by having to leave the heat lamp on all the time.

Works as it should

I depend on these to keep my pipes from freezing in the winter. I have had one for years and it is very dependable. Very inexpensive product for the peace of mind it offers.

Freeze controller

This item is pretty cool causes the heat tape on my water line for my rv to come on when needed and keep it from freezing. Our RV is used more in the winter and this is a really easy way to keep our pipes protected

Simple solution

We used this to turn on a heat lamp in our pump house. It worked so well my husband went back and purchased more for the greenhouse and our shop.

Product works as intended for a couple years.

After 2 winter seasons inside a well house, product may not work. I have had 4 of these and that is about how long I can expect to work. Easy to set up and when it works, it’s dependable.
