Mapping

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tried to give it (937) a try but it can't go under some items because the mapping system locator gets in the way. It's towards the front of the vacuum and sticks out that causes it to hit objects preventing the vacuum from cleaning an area. I returned to costco and am trying the 920 because the mapping locator is towards the middle and not in the front. The 920 also can map multiple floors. Let's see haw well it works.

The Deebot is okay

The Deebot unit I bought is hard to start with my regular carpet floor and always trapped on the pads in front of both shower and bathtub. It also going underneath the shoe-rack but cannot get out by itself.

On my 4th replacement

A Life saver

Great but do have challenges. Is it ready yet?

I bought this about a month ago. And have put on auto schedule running during the night time. First of all sometimes, the DEEBOT goes over small obstacles and sometimes it gets stuck. Not sure if this is by design. For the mopping action, we definitely are sceptical on the actual cleaning of the floor with such small amount of water. Finally the APP definitely needs some improved usability features

Amazing!

I love it. The software is amazing, I love being able to view my floorplan and select specific zones to clean. I schedule the times to vacuum while I'm away and when I return...presto. I am a single dad with a 4yo and a dog with white fur, so this was a must. For the price, it can't be beat. The mopping feature is also amazing. A bit of a pain to have to add and remove the attachment...but not as much as mopping!

Quality vacuum for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine does a great job vacuuming. The mopping function is okay. I would've kept it if it was thinner. It kept getting stuck under my furniture. So, I had to swap out for a smaller/thinner version.

The BEST Ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best robotic vacuum ever made. Tried many brands including the expensive fake Roomba. This beast maps out every square inch of the house and then you can setup multiple cleaning Schedules based on zoning from the mapping already accomplished. Seriously, we have not touch a broom since getting Cinderella ( that’s what my wife named her)

Good features for the price

Offers more capabilities such as vacuuming, mopping, floor mapping, auto charging and resuming where it left off than its closest competitors in the same price range like IRobot and Sharp.

Much better than cleaning myself

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use it on hardwood floors and it works very well. There is no need to vacuum. The 930 navigates well, the zone block off works great and it's not too loud. We vaccum after we go to sleep, it doesn't wake us up.

Good Product for rough cut cleaning

Must have for pet owners!

I bought this a little over 2 months ago and I am shocked with how easy my cleaning routine has become. I have two dogs and a cat which means there’s pet hair everywhere! My DEEBOT has made our lives easier by cleaning up for us daily. It saves time and gets the job well done.
