It just works!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My favorite features are the mapping ability, low profile (to get under counters without hitting them), quiet (and the ability to set suction power), and that you can designate rooms for spot cleaning.

Great Features but doesn’t support multi floor

Unfortunately there is no multi floor mapping ability while lots of other manufacturers already have updated their app to support this feature. If that could be done by Deebot, I would for sure give a star.

Step backwards for me

I have 2 ecovacs, started with m88 that failed during warranty and I received the ozmo 930 pro as a replacement. At other home have the 79s which I love. The 930 regularly goes offline. Setting it up us hours of effort with no real answer, other than it randomly starts working and connects . I very much dislike the added height with the fancy laser sights or whatever sticking up another cm or more. No remote controller, c'mon. How much would that cost, and you could fire your app programmers...

Great vacuum, but mapping has constant issues

I have had my Deebot for 1 month now, and I cannot complain about the mechanical aspects of the vacuum. It cleans well and battery life is very good. However, mapping with the SmartNavi3.0 leaves a lot to be desired and it is a constant point of frustation. After successfully mapping my house (after 2 charge cycles), I noticed the map would start morphing into new areas that did not exist in my house. Terrible connectivity and poor functionality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 4 weeks and have had to reconnect it to my wifi every time I want to use it. The mapping feature is useless as it never saves the map. And it now gives a brush error message despite all brushed being clean and clear or debris

Good value!

We have been using this vacuum for about four months and are very happy with it's cleaning. We have 100% laminate/tile flooring with a couple of area rugs. This Deebot is very efficient in covering the entire area (about 1,500 sq.ft.) on one battery charge. It does not need to go recharge to complete the cleaning. We were surprised at it's ability to work it's way around and between a dining table and it's eight chairs. It is able to work it's way into every small area in every room. ...

I wanted to like this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered a brand new one, it would leave the dock, move 2 feet, then just sit there for a minute and ask for help. Tried resetting it and no luck. Returned and went with a refurb competitor which was higher rated and 1/4rd of the price, and this one works perfectly and hasn't let me down yet with nearly the same features. For the price I paid for the Deebot 937, I would've expected a much better quality control.

Back saver! Less cleaning for me.

It vacuums great. It took awhile to turn off my 5G so I could connect to my Deebot. I still don't know how to program it to a specific area or how to use mopping mode. Directions aren't so easy.

great house cleaning helper

When it works, it works great

When it works, it's amazing. It mapped the house well and identified carpeted areas versus tile. However, one day, it simply stopped working. It wouldn't link to the phone or ipad again. Good value vacuuming/mopping robot

This is my first ever to have a vacuuming robot. It works great on vacuuming. OK on mopping. For mopping, it's only wet the floor really. It can either mopping OR vacuuming, but not both on the same mode! The bot won't go to rug if it's on mopping mode. The bot keep returning to the base often before finishing the task. There is no way to resume the work. You have to start it again from the beginning. You cannot move the bot physically to another room. It also has a problem with a raised thres...

Exceeded expectations

We have a big dog and three small children so our vacuum is run more than once per day and really gets a workout. Mopping features is awesome

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the Deebot and the mopping feature we have 1200 sq ft hardwood floor and it was a pain to maintain considering the marks that are left behind when one walks bare foot. It has been a savior for me as i had to do the mopping on weekends :)

AMAZING!

Coming home to vacuum lines in the carpet!

Love coming home to fresh lines in the carpet. Wish it wouldn’t make a b line back to the charger across the straight lines though, why not just vacuum itself out of the room.
