Does not do what is suppose to

I am not happy with the results at all, we have a combination of hard wood floors and carpet, it only went on the carpet the first time, afterwards it could not go up. The carpet results are totally unsatisfactory.

Great Robotic Vaccum

We have three of these units. We have any very few issues and all do a great job of cleaning.

Vacuuming was good

I bought our ecovac sweep and mop robot about a month ago and am currently in the process of returning it. The vacuum does fine but the mopping functionality is not worth the additional cost. I’m going back to the wireless vac and swiffer mop for now.

A worry adversary

Love the wet mop feature!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although it doesn't suck up as much dirt as our Neato Botvac, it is much more quiet and has the awesome mop feature! For best cleaning we alternate days between the two units.

Better than a Roomba!

Washes floors very well

Ehhhh. It's okay.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the price, the deebot 930 is pretty good. The mapping is decent. It does get lost occasionally and forces you to reset the map. The dust bin is pretty small. The overall suction power of the vacuum needs improvement. Overall it's average and you get what you pay for.

Decent vacuum terrible mop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this mop for my all tile first floor which has some area rugs and thought it would be great to have something vacuum and mop. As a vacuum it’s suction is real bad and tends to push away dog hair and as a mop it’s almost as if it did nothing because it just weta the floor with a very small amount of water and then runs over it. Does nothing well and setup took freaking half a day.

So much better than Roomba

It’s vacuuming is very effective! It’s quiet enough that I can have it run while I’m watching TV, however some may not feel that way. Great features, battery can take improvement

I bought this a month ago, I love it so much. The battery is not that good though, sometimes it gets lost and cannot go back to the charging station

Difficult to program

So glad I got it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't sure if I should go with this one or get the roomba but trust me there're many times in my life that I've looked back and thought what was I thinking. This isn't one of them. This is one of the best purchases that I've ever made. I've got hard wood floors downstairs and between the dogs and the kids it use to stay dirty but now I come home to a clean floor everyday. Its really amazing how good that can make you feel.

Great Robot!

App is easy to use and responsive. Customer service is excellent. Overall a great purchase and recommend this or any other deebot to my friends and family.

Spectacular vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this awhile agaoband it has far surpassed my highest expectations. Works flawlessly on both hard and soft pile carpets. The mopping feature is the best part. I highly recommend this vacuum as it's the best on the market and the price is a steal.

Truly smart robot vac

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Robot vacuum is definitely smarter than most. I have owned 2 Neatos and 2 IRobots and the Deebot is by far the best. The app is also real time and outstanding. Deebot also gives plenty of accessories for when pieces wear out. The one con would be the mopping is not great. I would like to see some sort of cleaning solution and a deeper mopping in the future. Other than that highly recommended.
