Love ecovacs, robot vacuums have saved my hip

That being said my old machine that wandered around aimlessly until it died did a better job of cleaning the floor. Because this machine works in straight lines if it misses something on the first pass it's going to stay on the floor. Excelent product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this product last summer and since then it has been regularly used. Very silent and easy to use. Recognise all obstacles exept glass table which we have to cover in order to protect it from scratches. All in all we are very satisfied and recomend this product.

The controls in the app needs improvement, e.g., the area selection is very sensitive and if it overlaps a wall, it throws up error instead of being intelligent. Vacuums while mopping

Purchased 9-1-19. I vacuum one day, rest for two days, mop one day, rest two, then repeat. Very quiet vacuum.

Does a great job!

This is the first robotic vacuum/mop I have owned. I love not having to push around a heavy vacuum cleaner. Deebot does a great job. It even picked up stuff I couldn’t see! The only dilemma I have is finding something to block it from going under our bed. We have a power base and there’s lots of cords under the bed. I’m looking in to getting some boards to put around it during the vacuuming. Otherwise, I love it and so glad I decided to buy it.

Great upgrade

As time has gone on they have progressed from fun machines to serious vacuums that legitimately work very well. The Deebot is fantastic and is by far the best vac we have purchased. We have schedule it to work every other day and our floor is spotless. It is amazing to see what it picks up! Very happy.

Overall Great Vacuum!

I love that I no longer have to vacuum daily because our DEEBOT, who we have named DeeBo, now does the job for me! I gave 4 stars only because we did try the mop feature and it doesn’t do that good of a job. We bought the DEEBOT to vacuum though so the mop feature was not a deal breaker for us. Good little vacuum

Unfortunately, we didn't realize that to switch between vacuuming and mopping requires picking up the robot and attaching the mopping pad and then putting him back down. Great navigation but average vacuuming for $$

OZMO930 has efficient navigation, but it often leaves unpicked food particles on floor. This may be because of low default suction power. I find mopping function to be useful but water flowing out of mopping pad is very inconsistent. I suspect water doesn't shutoff even after robot is back on the dock. This causes wet spot near dock that would damage wooden surface. I wished they allowed cleaning solution instead of water for mopping. I would rate their app and mapping software to be aver...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mopping is a good feature but don't do a great job. Collecting dust is good. But don't go back to charger itself. Head part projecting out always get struck under dressing table. I was an I-Robert customer for last 7 year's. Need lots of improvements in design, dust collector capacity. Flat top surface and charging.

Great helper

I love my robot. It has helped a lot with cleaning the floors. I don’t love how it cleans carpets. But that’s ok because I mostly have hardwood floors. Glad I went ahead and bought it.

LOVE this new Deebot!

I'm so happy with this new version of Deebot. It is far advanced over previous versions. The app is a real game changer. I'm very happy with how intelligent the machine is, battery life and ability to clean. Very happy with this upgraded version!

Easy to use, effective, and it mops!

Sometimes it cannot find its way home after cleaning but in those cases it asks you to "please move me to the charging dock." I typically run it when I am home and set it up to clean small areas because I prefer moving furniture (stools, chairs, door mats) out of the room before it cleans. Works as expected!

When I bought this I was sceptical if this would be right one to buy as this is my first robot vaccum cleaner. It is working as expected, it cleans on all floors (wood, carpet) only sometimes it does not get onto one side of my carpet which I think because of its little uneven surface.
