Less Than 30 Days , ISSUES !!!

One month later and clean water tank is leaking everywhere no matter how tight you turn it seems to keep leaking all over the place . Not what I expected from Dyson at all .

No cleaner available

If I had it to do over again I would wait to purchase this. The cleaner is not available!!! If only they had a cleaner available or even recommended a cleaner. It is easy to use and pretty effective but I think it will work better once they have a cleaner to add.

Technology is lacking

The floor scrubber is not functioning correctly. Streaks left on tile flooring, and water spots left behind.

Worth it!

Works way better than expected. It allows me too clean fast and streak free.

Not satisfied

Bought it on a Friday returned it Sunday. Water was coming out when charged and the cartridge would come out for no reason

Slow movement

I expected it work like a swifter. Spray scrub the grime off the floor.

Perfect floor cleaner

I like all of the Dyson products. So I thought I should try the Wash G1. It makes washing your floors an easy task and does a great job. I saw in the reviews some customers are not happy with the need it takes to care for the machine. I do not find this a problem. The floors have never been cleaner. It got rid of the accumulated grit and dirt. I have a dog who sheds.

Can improve much more

It cleaned good, but too much work to clean it after use. This was returned from the hardness of removing the tray. Plus, there’s a lot of plastic parts for the money.

Mixed Feelings

Pros: easy to use, works well on hardwood floors, no need for mopping solution Cons: very cumbersome to fill and empty water tanks, cumbersome to empty the debris tray, difficult to dock onto floor dock, LCD screen and settings are not intuitive whatsoever

Worth it

I am so happy with the performance, floors get cleaned very well

Cool Cleaning

I got this for my office and it's perfect. Easy to use and I am surprised how dirty the water is when I am done cleaning.

Good but not great

Like anything with liquids, it’s all a bit sloppy and wet around. It does a good job but not great. I don’t think it has enough friction with the floor to clean it really good. Overall ok, we’re keeping it.

Truly a great product!

This machine is simple, efficient, and simple to use and maintain. I’m very satisfied with it.

Poor quality

I’ve had my wash about a month and have already had a few pieces break. The battery tabs that hold the battery in both broke so now the battery is being held in with duct tape. Also one of the plastic tabs on the water tank broke off. Pretty poor design.

Love it!

I seldom leave reviews but I feel this product deserves one. Four dogs and a tile floor, I've tried just about every cleaning product out there. This is a game changer , I cant believe how well it cleans with just water, my floors have never been cleaner, streak free , and the ease of operation is crazy. Kudos to the engineering team who designed this! Worth every penny!

Not worth the high price tag.

I want to love this product but unfortunately, I do not. While it cleans the floors reasonably well, it does not effectively “separate” dry debris from wet. When emptying the tray that collects the dry debris you are faced with a wet gunk of a mess, and cleaning up the G1 after the so-called self clean cycle is more of a chore than actually vacuuming and mopping (I normally use my cordless Dyson and a steam mop to mop). Love our WashG1

My wife and I love this machine, we have 6000 sq feet of Hardwood floors and it was a nightmare to clean all that and to do so often. We are thinking of buying a second one because it's too heavy for her, with water fully deployed in the tank, to lug it upstairs. Love the small screen indicating battery life, I wish the tank was 1/4 gallon larger and it had more information I could gather in the Dyson app. Nice job Dyson!

Does a great job cleaning my LVP floors

I’m very happy with this product. I’ve only used it 4 times, but it did a great job cleaning my LVP floors which have always looked dirty no mater how I washed them. It also worked well on my ceramic tile floors, and is easy to use and clean.
