Amazing product, cleans like nothing I have used before.

Love this thing!

We have had this for a few weeks and it’s really changed our floor game! Just using water it gets our floors amazingly clean! Easy to use- easy to clean. We have a full house of hard flooring so mopping was always a huge ordeal- that’s why we decided to take a chance on this purchase. We have always been a Dyson house though so wasn’t a huge gamble and worth the money!

Great Idea But Needs A lot of Engineering Still

I bought this item 2 weeks ago and already am returning it. We own so many Dyson products and this one is by far the worst. Feels like a pro type still. By v4 it might be worth buying, until then save your money.

Needs work

I bought this Dyson product hoping it would solve my dislike for mopping. Unfortunately, this Dyson is not the end all solution. It does a decent job of cleaning the floor. But, any tougher spots on the floor, you might as well get out old reliable and start using elbow grease because this Dyson mop has no "elbow grease" available. It's not much different than using a Swiffer for 10x the cost.

I’ve owned the Dyson floor cleaner for a very short time. I have used it twice. The Dyson floor cleaner does exactly what is advertised. It Clean beautifully. There is a learning Curve involved, especially the cleaning process after each use. It is also difficult to get into tight spots. And lastly, the machine weighs much more than I had anticipated.

I love Dyson products but this one falls short, especially for the price. It works so so for everyday use but in general it just isn’t worth the money. Most Dyson are worth the cost but this is not one of them. Mediocre at best on wet mopping feature. If you plan on mopping daily then this might work for you but who honestly does that…

This is a cleaning revolution

Unlike a mop plus vacuum. I don’t have to clean mop frequently nor recharge vacuum frequently. This product is revolutionary. It is as great as iPod.

Fast, easy to use and self cleaning system

I was so tired of moping our porcelain floors by hand......now I just let the Dyson do the work....We have three other Dyson products and purchased several for our married children...

Great floor cleaner

It's a great floor cleaner. The battery lasts a long time, very easy to operate. Refilling clean water and disposing dirty water a breeze. Does a great job cleaning the floors. Very happy with this purchase.

Really cleans floor!

Has been a few weeks now, I was amazed at the water the first couple times I used it, plus there was some cleaning solution residue it picked up as well. Easy to use, glides well over my tile floors. I have about 1200 SqFeet of tile in. my house and can get it all done on one charge, the cleaning is pretty easy though I still struggle to get the crumb try out but overall I am very happy with my purchase.

Cool but why?

Hands down this thing is cool. I admit i bought this thinking it would help me with my hate of moping and well it doesn’t. What it does is scrub my floors with clean water and sucks it back up. Just water. I made the mistake of adding a little soap and well it just foamed up and made a mess. It was cool watching up suck up the suds lines that were created out of the sides of the machine but it hust really made a mess and it took forever cleaning the brushes after that. Best Dyson ever!

Such a cool Dyson! We have 2 kids, 3 cats and a dog and this has made life so much easier. First time we used it, it did foam up a lot as it was cleaning the detergent residue off the floor from our old manual, less effective manual mop. Because we have cat hair and litter we do need to clean the debris tray many times during a clean of all our floors. But for this very small / insignificant issue our floors have NEVER felt cleaner. Great floor cleaner !!

I have been using a different steam floor cleaner for years, I thought the floors were cleaner. I was not going to keep this Dyson due to my budget until I saw how much dirt it picked up, this was so eye opening and amazing. I had steamed my floors 2 days prior. See pictures. Dyson's are a bit more expensive but they are built to last a long time and a great investment. I highly recommend this Dyson WashG1

Pretty good but won't get dry, stays smelly

I've been using it for a week now, and my revies is mixed. On the one hand, it's the best wet mop I've used, I've tried several and also asked my house cleaners to evaluate. The ability to sweep and mop simultaneously is fantastic, and my floor look MUCH brighter. However, the microfiber sweeps stay wet CONSTANTLY and they're already stinking. It took four days of them sitting in open air in the sun to get to just damp - if I use this once a week it'll be rancid within a month. I don't know ho...

We’re big fans of Dyson in general, we have numerous fans and vacuums, so when this became available we were quick to buy one. We couldn’t be happier! It’s amazing how well this floor cleaner works with just water and brush agitation, and has made cleaning our floors, dare I say, almost fun! Really impressive.
