We have about 1800 sq.ft of tile flooring that needs to be mopped regularly due to our 85# dog shedding and dripping water after drinking from his bowl. This used to require, first, vacuuming and then mopping. A long and arduous job. Now, one pass across the floor and everything is gone! What used to take at least 45 minutes now takes 15-20 minutes. It is one of the best investments we have ever made for floor maintenance. I highly doubt this amazing product.

Worth the money
Would RecommendI bought this for my wife as a gift and it has been excellent. She raves about it. Its great on our hardwood floors and picks up so much unseen dirt. Our floors have never looked better! It is absolutely worth the money.

Would Not RecommendReturned item after 2 weeks. Not worth the money. Feels too cheap and you can’t use any sort of floor cleaner. Used a vinegar based product and foams up terribly. They expect you to just use water. Dyson really flopped this product hard.

Avoid as Glitchy and Leaky
Would Not RecommendThis is the worst product every bought for floor cleaning. I belches water when you turn it off, the tank alarm comes on saying it is full when it isn't and what is worse is that I do not get the sense that it is cleaning the floor surface. I am trying to return it now.

Would RecommendI have been using my WashG1 for about a month now and all I can say is GAME CHANGER!!! This is what I’ve been waiting for. I am 64yrs and I clean my entire house with this machine. I have tile floors and other machines left streaks and smears on my floors. The WashG1 scrubs, vacuums and leaves my floors clean, bright and streak free. Better than I thought
Would RecommendI was hesitant about the price at first. But I own many Dyson products, Airstrait, blow dryer and vacuum so I figured it would be excellent . And I was not disappointed in Dyson WashG1. It is very easy to use and I do use it every day in my dining room and kitchen where it needed the most. Granted the price is high but it works extremely well and save me lots of time. Well done Dyson!

Would RecommendWe have only had the WashG1 for about a month but wish we would have had this long ago. We have 100% ceramic tile throughout the house and four dogs. Mopping was a chore with two mops and buckets and it took forever. The WashG1 is easy to use and picks up more dirt than regular mopping alone. Our floors have never been cleaner. We fully recommend this product.

Would RecommendI was so nervous to buy this product. One: it’s expensive for a mop. Two :You will still need a vacuum this product does not replace a vacuum. Three: storage for the addition unit. However, I would buy it again if I had to. It does clean your floors and it does scoop up the dirt and debris too. I can clearly see how dirty the water is when it’s done cleaning what from the eye view doesn’t look dirty floors. Till you see the color of the water.
