Don't buy it not worth it

I just bought this vacuum cleaner and I'm taking it back. I don't understand their claim to Superior suction. I had to pass over my sliding glass door track 4 and 5 times with the attachment just to get it to pick up the loose debris in the track. You have to struggle just to get the wand to release so you can use it and it is not long enough to reach ceiling fans in an 8in ceiling height. Lastly in less than 5 minutes of using it it kicked into the wand only mode and would not revert back to th...

So far so good, although I have not used attachments yet. My old vacuum was heavy and couldn't maneuver around furniture so this one is easy to use. I hope the plastic parts are durable.

The Dyson works fine, I didn't realize it was a smaller vacum. My home is carpeted thru out, and by the time I am done it seems warm... Like it might be to much for it...

Excellent Quality!

Quality built Dyson that is light weight and handles with ease.

Great little machine

I have the bigger Dyson Ball for pets and love it. This is the smaller and more compact machine. It isn't as robust as its bigger counterpart, but it does the job. The key to this is remembering to empty the canister more frequently or you don't get the power for the suction. It is great for small places, like apartments, or small rooms. It is light and easy to carry up the stairs.

Not good if you have small kids

It does pick up well EXCEPT when you have small things like Cheerios or puff for toddlers. Pick up more than 3 or four at time and it CLOGS in vaccumm. Have to take apart several times. Needs bigger hole where enters chamber.

Great Vacuum

Needed to replace a vacuum, checked this model out and decided to get it. Picked up a lot of stuff from our carpet with the first use. Amazed at how bad our older one was. We really like how convenient this one is. The only problem was with the directions for assembly and use. There are only pictures. No written instructions at all. Fortunately we read the questions posted on the web site and found the answers we needed.

The Dyson Ball Compact vacuum works great and the smaller size is easy to use. The cleaning power of the vacuum is very great for dog hair and rugs. You will be happy with this machine.

You can believe the hype!

It is amazing the stuff this vacuume picks up. And it sucks it up. A vacuumed that really works! Who knew! Not only that but the pet hair (I have allergies) that it picks up is amazing. We have never owned a vaccine like this and we are really enjoying it. Also cleaning it is a breeze with no bags. My home has never been this clean! Thank you!

Works great! Works as advertised, only down fall is while transporting from room to room it falls down too easy.

Short cord and short tubing.

This vacuum does an awesome job vacuuming but the cord is way to short and the tube that you use to vacuum stairs is very short compared to my full size Dyson. I like how lightweight it is. The canister is very small too. So I will be returning this one for a full size Dyson.

Very impressed!

I purchased this item at a greatly reduced price on a special offer for military/veterans. When I first took it out of the box, I wasn't sure it was a wise buy. Seemed like a lot to pay even with the discount. But as soon as I tried it, I was convinced it was well worth the price. As a pet owner, I was amazed at the amount of hidden hair and pet dander the vacuum picked up.
