Great for microscopic dust removal

The first time I used this vacuum, it picked up so much dust and dander I couldn’t see. I was amazed by how much it picked up. It does not do so well picking up larger pieces of debris though. Larger pieces clog up the vacuum. Otherwise it works great.

Love this vacuum!

I was able to get this vacuum with some great savings! And I love it! It's very light which makes it easy to use for both myself and the kids. And nice for the stairs compared to heavier vacuums. I would definitely buy this again!

Cute small vacuum; not as effective as large Dyson

This is a cute little vacuum, and is perfect for apartments, RVs, dorms, or anywhere you need a really compact, collapsing handle vacuum. However, it wasn't effective enough for my household with five dogs and six cats! I'm not surprised - I don't think it's meant for heavy duty use like that. Dyson vacuum works perfectly. It is impressive how well it picks up. Lowes personnel were very helpful in helping select this vacuum.

Not good at all

No suction that about tells it all will not pick up off tile floors just won’t pick up small particles even sand I should have returned it,very disappointed.

Love Dyson

This is my second dyson. To be honest I didn’t know it was a compact when I ordered it but I love it! Tucks away nice in the closet as the handle slides down. Highly recommend!

Excellent vacuum

We bought this because it was a great deal for an excellent product! Our house is small and the compact size is great. Lightweight and very efficient. Easy emptying of the canister and the hose tools are a great help.

Dyson Rocks

The Dyson Ball Compact Allergy Plus is an awesome machine. The "bagless" design allows for maximum suction power compared to vacuums with bags which lose suction (are counterintuitive) because the airflow decreases as the bag fills. Additionally, the compact size makes storage easier and the smaller size doesn't degrade the performance.

Good vacuum on carpet floors not so much

We bought this to replace a older cheaper vac and it does ok on carpet but on tile floors it struggles to pick up small dirt particles not big just have to keep going over again and again not enough suction only owned a few weeks but it is not as good as my old cheep vac if I had not trashed box already I’d take it back to Lowe’s but now I’m stuck with it,for over 200.00 dollars should be much better,more money is not always better.

Nothing negative about this dyson.

People are sometimes too critical. This dyson seem to work as advertised and more. If your house is a disaster, bring in a leaf blower to start the clean up.
