I purchased this generator back in early 2024 when we were having multiple power outages in the winter. I needed a dependable and capable back up to power all the household necessities for as long as I needed. Bought the generator 1-1 1/2 months ago. I’ve run it through the break in period. Easy fast starts. Running on propane. Very satisfied. I purchased a 15000 watt last year as a backup generator for one of my fire stations. Currently working on a new station and it will get one as well.

Sturdy well made product

This generator has been a God send for my family! We have lost power more times than I can count since the purchase and aside from the few minutes start up, our life has been uninterrupted. I would purchase again and definitely recommend!

Easy to use

I bought the generator almost 3 months ago and just the other night our power was out for three hours. I hooked it up, turned it on and had no issues.

After Hurricane Helene and no power for 8 days, a generator was in order and soon on order! The documentation is extremely through which remarks that the "gas cap may be tight and hard to unscrew" That was an understatement as I could not remove it by hand! An oil filter wrench did the trick! The receptacles do not have covers and mud daubers around here love little holes, so I concocted covers from jar lids and (yep) duct tape! I must say that during the test run, it was not as loud as I expect...

I bought a while ago and never used until the hurricane came last week and we took it out to make sure we could use it. luckily we didn't need to use it, but felt good having that security of having it if necessary

Awesome machine

I bought this for a home backup generator. Straight out of the box I was impressed with the quality of the generator. The instructions were crystal clear on getting it assembled and getting it started. After the break in period I hooked it up to the house and it ran everything I wanted it to. I would definitely buy from them again.

Duramax Dual Fuel 12000 Watt Generator

Set up is super easy. I chose gasoline for the initial test, although I am also purchasing a 40 lb portable propane tank. The generator cranked easily using the start button and ran smoothly. I had an inlet switch installed on an exterior wall so I can plug this generator into my electrical panel and run selected equipment during extended power outages (modifications required to the electrical box/panel). Excellent product, well built. Everything needed to put it together was in the box and started right up. Great directions as well. I purchased as a home back up generator and for that reason I hope it is not needed very often but happy to have it

Used it during hurricane Debbie. Once I got it to run steadily. Only problem is the gas gauge doesn’t work.
